I am honored and feel very privileged to be the Principal of SIES (Nerul) College of Arts, Science and
Commerce. I am always excited and look forward to working with our students, staff and parents to make
SIES (Nerul) College of Arts, Science and Commerce, Navi Mumbai the best College it can be.

My commitment to our community is to lead the college with enthusiasm and passion to enable us to reach
our goals.

We will continue to develop and enhance a college that:

 Strives for the highest academic standards
 Reflects the values of its community

I feel proud to acknowledge the contribution of highly qualified, dynamic, and multi-talented faculty,

We run twelve Programmes and various Committees which endeavour to enrich the academic and extra-
curricular standards of our students. Our teachers work hard throughout the year with the students to
provide them high quality educational experience in the form of debates, group discussions, workshops,
symposia, seminars, and cultural competitions. Eminent personalities are invited from all walks of life to
address our students and expose them to new ideas and thoughts.

PROFILE OF THE COLLEGE

THE SOUTH INDIAN EDUCATION SOCIETY (SIES) is one of the oldest educational societies
in Mumbai and was pioneered in 1932. The seed then sown has grown similar to a banyan tree
nurturing many branches of knowledge imparted through a high school, an array of arts, science and
commerce colleges and professional institutions of higher learning.
The Society strives towards excellence in all its pursuits and believes in strict discipline.
The SIES (NERUL) COLLEGE OF ARTS, SCIENCE & COMMERCE, (SIESASCN) was
established in September 1998, as a Commerce College and is affiliated to the University of
Mumbai. The College is entering its Twenty-Four year in June 2022 and has been attracting students
from far and near. The College added Science (Computer Science, Information Technology and
Environmental Science) and Arts faculty (Mass Media) in the year 2001 and 2002 respectively and
was renamed as SIES (Nerul) College of Arts, Science and Commerce. The College has a Junior
College of Commerce attached to it. The College has been growing steadily by introducing new
courses as per the demands of the society. Presently, the College has Junior College of Commerce, 8
undergraduate and 4 postgraduate courses in Arts, Science & Commerce.

The College is approved by UGC under 2f and 12 (B) and has been Reaccredited with „A‟ grade by
the NAAC in the 3rd cycle in the year 2021. The culture at SIESASCN is to continuously reset
standards to a higher level to ensure increased productivity. The College is proud of its alumni who
have excelled in diverse fields. By creating the right synergy between all the stakeholders, the
College aspires to scale greater heights in the years to come.

The vision of the College is to see that the students become either entrepreneurs or employable in the
competitive world. The differently abled, underprivileged are all given equal status. There is an
active Placement Committee in place. As a part of the Institutional Social Responsibility, there are
different Committees like the NSS Unit, the Students‟ Council, Gender Sensitisation Cell and
Conservation Club which work towards inculcating social values and concern for environment in the
students.

Infrastructure

SIES (Nerul) College of Arts, Science and Commerce provides infrastructure to facilitate the education
process and enhance the learning ability of the students. It aims at developing intellectual capabilities and
an understanding of the relationship between education and the real world.

The college uses state of art technology in its teaching process making use of collar mikes, cordless mikes
and smart boards. Every department is assigned with a laptop and every classroom has dedicated desktops
connected to projector.

Hygienic rest rooms for boys and girls are available on each floor. A separate ladies common room and
gents common room is there for ladies and gents to relax in case of any health issue.

The spirit of sportsmanship is encouraged by the college. A spacious common Gymkhana for girls and boys
is well equipped with indoor facilities like chess board, Carrom, Table Tennis Table, Tread-mill, Bench
Press, elliptical cycle, punching bag for work out.

College has quadrangle to playing basketball, badminton and box cricket. The college has a adjacent
ground for playing cricket and other outdoor event.

Auditoriums and Halls:


The talent of the students is given a supportive platform through the auditoriums, seminar hall and
conference rooms at SIES Nerul Campus.

Counselor:
A Health cum counseling center has been operational for many years. A qualified counselor visits the
college three days a week. The students and staff consult the counselor in times of emergency. College has
first aid facility room equipped with first aid medicine and in case of emergency college has wheel chair and
walker to move injured person to suyash hospital or DY Patil Hospital.

Classrooms and computer laboratory:


The college offers 28 dedicated lecture rooms that have a seating capacity of 60 to 120. Each classroom is
connected with internet connectivity and projector. There are 08 computer laboratories with 20 to 24
computers in each laboratory. All computers have dedicated leased line for internet connectivity and
network printers which can be used by staff and students to facilitate teaching in small batches.

Other Facilities:
In addition, in the current Covid -19 scenario college have a support of Microsoft Teams for conduct of
various meetings, lectures and examination.
Following is the Bandwidth support for internet usage: 50 MBPS JIO and 20 MBPS Tata

LIBRARY
The College Library is fully air-conditioned covering 3507.44 sq. ft area with a seating capacity of
approximately 200 students, special seating arrangements for physically challenged learners and staff
in the faculty area of the library.

The library caters to all the undergraduate & post graduate courses conducted by the college. The
collection includes over 2000 reference books and the mandatory textbooks. It also includes books &
even encyclopedias on environment, management, television, journalism, video production, politics
& history. An eclectic collection of fiction, non-fiction books has also been built up. The library also
has special seating arrangements for physically challenged learners and staff in the faculty area. The
library is further equipped with desktop computers, Kindle E -readers and internet connectivity.
There is a space for reprographic facility. OPAC facility is also available on the computers allotted
for staff and students. Users may browse through the collection via an open access system. Soft
copies of the latest question papers are also made available to users. Document scanning too is done
in the library. Bound volumes of important journals and magazines can be referred to by the users.
For the benefit of faculty and students, the library committee organizes information literacy programs
every year and thus creates awareness. User satisfaction is thus a priority for the library.

The Institute has a well-stocked Library of Books, Magazines, Journals and E-resources. The library
has separate display racks for “New Arrivals”. A Software named Open Book Reader combined with
PEARL scanner is installed in the library for blind and low vision students enabling them to read.

The library has a fully open access system. OPAC (Online Public Access Catalogue) facility is also
made available for the library users. The library also has an automated Attendance monitoring
system for capturing the footfall in the library.

DISCIPLINARY RULES

 All students must compulsorily wear their identity cards while entering the library premises
 Absolute silence & discipline to be maintained – a place for individual study, not for
discussions, listening to music or eating food or sleeping
 Strict action will be taken against any student found using their mobile phone inside the library
(as per the rules of the college )

 Students may individually use their laptops in the library but not as a group

ISSUE / RETURN POLICY

 Books / magazines to be issued for a period of 7 days – as per library timetable only
 Fine = Rs 5 per day of default
 The issue / return system being computerized, books once issued will not be accepted back on
the same day
 Issue / return of books will not be done against the library cards of other students
 Reissue of books will be done only if there is no demand for that particular book. Reissue of
any book may be done two times only
 Students must sign the book card at the time of issuing books
 CDs – to be issued only on Wednesdays for a period of 7 days

COLLEGE DISCIPLINARY RULES:


Parents/Guardians/Students are requested to read and acquaint themselves with the below
mentioned rules of conduct and discipline. Students must ensure strict compliance with these rules.

Students are required to take adequate care of their belongings while on the College premises.
Management will not be responsible for any theft /damage to the belongings.

In the College premises, every bonafide student at the College must wear the Identity Card.

A student found in a class/ tutorial batch or a division or a class, which is not meant for him/her, will be
liable for punishment.

Students should not loiter in the corridors or in the College premises particularly when classes are in
session.

A student should not invite any outsider to the College premises, classrooms, library, canteen or
gymkhana.

No fund- r a i s i n g activity should be undertaken by any student without prior written permission
from the Principal.

Students are not permitted to park two wheelers or four wheelers in the College premises without valid
License and Helmet. Our Campus is No Helmet No Entry

Students should take care of, and not cause any damage to, the College property.

The Principal has the power to determine suitable disciplinary action in case of indiscipline and improper
conduct of the students while in the college.

If for any reason, in the opinion of the Principal, the continuance of any student in the College is deemed
detrimental to the interest of the College.

Absence should be with prior permission; in case it is due to unforeseen circumstances, an application

duly supported by a medical certificate in the case of illness or duly supported by other satisfactory
evidence in the case of other reasons, must reach the Principal within a week of such occasion of absence.

Admission to Second Year and Third Year classes will be granted on the basis of attendance and
academic performance.

Students with poor academic performance and conduct may not be admitted to the next
semester/subsequent year as the case may be, and the admission of such students shall be solely at the
discretion of the Principal.

Students are warned that they should not indulge in any form of ragging. Any student found involved or
abetting in ragging, will be dealt with as per provisions of law.

ATTENDANCE

Ordinance - 0.6086 Relating to Attendance for granting the terms in each subject, a minimum
attendance of 75% of the average of the total number of theory lectures, practicals and tutorials
(wherever prescribed), and a 50% attendance for each subject will be required out of the total
number of lectures, practicals and tutorials in the subject conducted during the term/semester.

A student who is not able to attend his/her classes regularly and/or who is not able to complete his/her
tutorial/project/assignments properly may not be permitted to appear for the examinations as per the
University rules.

Ordinance - 0.6086 relating to the keeping of terms to the satisfaction of the Principal of the College:- To
keep a term at a college or recognised institution, an undergraduate or post graduate student must
complete, to the satisfaction of the Principal or the Head of the Institution, the course of study at the
college or institution, prescribed for such a term for the class to which such an undergraduate or post
graduate student belongs.

If students are not able to attend lectures and/or tutorials for a period exceeding a week in aterm, they
should take prior permission from the College Principal, for such absence.

The same ratio shall be applied for computing the attendance of the learners by crediting the number of
periods which are missed while participating in an extracurricular/co- curricular
activity/competition/camp/ workshop/ convention/symposium/seminar etc. where the said learner is
officially representing the College/ University/ District / State/ Country with the permission of the
Principal /Director/ Head of the College/ Institute/ University Department or by the direction of the
University Officer as the case may be wherein for the purpose of computing the average attendance the
periods missed forwhat is envisaged here-in-above, at Sr. no 2, shall be deemed to have been attended by
the said learner .

Leave of Absence: In case students are not able to attend lectures and / or tutorials for a period exceeding
a week in a term, they should give intimation to the Principal of the College and take prior permission for
such absence.
Absence on medical or other grounds: Absence on medical or other grounds, which is given to the
satisfaction of the Principal, may be considered a satisfactory reason for absence from lectures or tutorials.
Yet at the time of granting the terms to a student, his/her class work and other academic inputs would be
considered to be of paramount importance. Hence, a student may not be granted his / her terms even if

he/she explains his/her absence on medical or other grounds. Absence should be with prior permission;
in case it is due to unforeseen circumstances an application duly supported by other satisfactory evidence
in the case of other reasons, must reach the Principal within a weekof such occasion of absence.
DRESS CODE

Students are expected to wear decent clothes. Students are strictly prohibited from wearing the following
while on the college premises:

BOYS: Caps, Hats, Half-pants, Shorts, Bermudas, Sleeveless T-shirts and 3/4th pants, Ripped Jeans, Torn
Jeans.

GIRLS: Caps, Hats, Half-pants, Shorts, Bermudas, Skin tight dresses, revealing dresses, Short dresses or
short skirts, Sleeveless and short tops, Ripped Jeans, Torn Jeans, and pedal pushers. Facial piercing other
than earrings and nose rings strictly prohibited. Any other attire which according to the College authorities
is not suitable to the College culture / environment willnot be permitted.

CELLPHONES

Use of cell phones in any form in the classrooms and corridors is strictly prohibited. On breach of this
discipline, the cellphone holder will be liable for a penalty of Rs. 1000/- for the first offence. In case of a
repetition of the offence the cellphone shall be liable to be confiscated.

Cell Phones are strictly not allowed in the Examination Halls.

Students are required to take adequate care of their belongings while on the College premises.
Management will not be responsible for any theft /damage to the belongings.

IDENTITY CARD

IDENTITY CARD A valid identity card is issued to every bonafide student at the time of admission. It is
compulsory for every student to carry the identity card while being on the campus. Students will not be
allowed in the examination hall without a valid identity card. For University examinations, candidates are
required to produce their identity cards bearing their photographs attested by the Principal, along with their
hall tickets at the examination centers. It is a serious offence to carry and use another student‟s identity
card and shall be punished if discovered.

RAILWAY CONCESSION
Students can avail concessional fares for rail travel by local trains between the stations nearest to the place of
their residence in Mumbai / Navi Mumbai/ Thane and the college (Nerul). Students are requested to enter their
local and permanent addresses correctly in the admission forms to facilitate issue of railway concession orders.
The place of permanent residence, in the application for admission, means the place where the student and/or his
parents normally reside. This address will not be allowed to be changed during the academic year. Students can
also avail, during vacation period, concessional fares by rail for journeys between their place of permanent
residence and Mumbai / Navi Mumbai/ Thane during vacation.

OTHER GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1. Students are expected to read the Notice Boards DAILY for academic and administrative
information.
2. The working hours of the office are 10.30 am to 1pm. The Visiting hours for the Principal‟soffice
is between 10.30 am and 1pm.
3. Application for any certificate and railway concession should be submitted to the office threedays in
advance.
4. Grievances of students will be addressed through the Grievance Redressal Cell.

NOTICE

In pursuance to the Judgment of the Hon‟ble Supreme Court of India dated 08.05.2009 in Civil Appeal
No. 887/2009, the University Grants Commission has framed UGC Regulations onCurbing the Menace of
Ragging in Higher Educational Institutions, 2009‟which have been notified on 4th July, 2009 in the
Gazette of India. These regulations are mandatory for all Universities/Institutions. The UGC has made it
mandatory for all students / parents to submit antiragging related affidavits to the institutions at the time of
admission. Now it is brought to the notice of all Universities, Institutions, Students and Parents that these
affidavits can be downloaded from the website of UGS and or other related websites.

ANTI RAGGING WARNING


(1) Ragging is cognizable offence under the law on par with rape and other atrocities against women and ill-
treatment towards persons belonging to SC/ST. Ragging is strictly prohibited in the entire institution,
including its department, constituent units, all its premises (including academic, residential, sports, canteen
or outside.
(2) Students indulging in ragging other students will be punished as per “The Maharashtra Prohibition of
Ragging Act 1999 (Mah. XXXIII of 1999) published by Maharashtra Govt. Gazette on 15th May 1999‟. In
pursuance to the judgment of the Hon‟ble Supreme Court of India dated 08.05.2009 in Civil Appeal No.
887/2009, the University Grants Commission has framed “UGC Regulations on curbing the menace of
ragging in higher educational institutions, 2009” which have been notified on 4th July 2009 in the Gazette
of India”.
(3) Administrative actions in the event of Ragging : The Institution shall punish student/s found guilty of
ragging after following the procedure and the manner prescribed herein under:
a. The Anti-Ragging committee of the institution shall take an appropriate decision, in regard to punishment
or otherwise, depending on the facts of each incident of ragging, and nature and gravity of the incident of
ragging, established in the recommendation of the Anti-Ragging Squad.

b. The Anti-Ragging committee may, depending upon the nature and gravity of the guilt established by the
Anti-Ragging Squad award to those found guilty, one or more of the following punishments, namely:
i. Suspension from attending classes and academic privileges.
ii. Withholding / withdrawing scholarship/ fellowship and other benefits.
iii. Debarring from appearing in any test / examination or other evaluation process.
iv. Withholding results.
v. Debarring from representing the institution in any regional/national or international meet, tournament,
youth festival etc.
vi. Cancellation if admission.
vii. Rustication from the Institution for period ranging from one to four semester.
viii. Expulsion from the institution and consequent debarring from admission to any other institution for a
specified period. Provided that where the person committing or abetting the act of ragging are not
identified, the institution shall resort to collective punishment.

Prohibition on sale of Cigarettes or Tobacco Products


Section 6 of the Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products (Prohibition of Advertisement and Regulation of
Trade and Commerce. Production, Supply and Distribution) Act 2003 provides that no person shall sell,
offer for sale or permit sale of Cigarettes or any other Tobacco Product.

a) To any person who is under eighteen years of age


b) In an area within a radius of 100 yards of any educational Institute.

Sale of Cigarette and other Tobacco Products in an area within a radius of 100 yards of an educational
institute is strictly prohibited and is punishable offence under Section 24 of the Act with a fine which may
extend up to 200 Rupees.

RULE CONCERNING ADMISSION TO JUNIOR COLLEGE


1. A student who has passed the SSC Examination conducted by the Maharashtra State Board of
Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, in the subjects of English, Mathematics, Social
Science, Science and other languages carrying 200 marks or an examination recognized
equivalent thereto will be eligible for admission to FYJC class. Admission to FYJC starts after
declaration of the SSC Examination results of the Maharashtra Board.
2. A student who has passed FYJC Examination will be eligible for admission to the SYJC
class.
3. For admission to any class it is necessary to produce in original the following:
A. The passing certificate of the last examination passed.
B. Statement of Marks.
C. Leaving Certificate.
D. LC or Transfer Certificate in the case of students coming from other Boards.
E. Eligibility Certificate in the case of students passing an examination other than SSC
Examination of the Maharashtra State Board of Education or an examination of any Board.
F. Migration Certificate in the case of students coming from other Boards.
4. Admissions are provisional until Final Eligibility Certificate / Transfer Certificate / Migration
Certificate is obtained from the HSC Board to the College.
5. Repeater will not be admitted.
6. A student of any other college affiliated to Maharashtra Board seeking admission to SYJC
class (Subject to seat availability) will have to submit NOC from the respective college in

RULES REGARDING ADMISSION


1. Students seeking admission should apply in the prescribed form duly filled in and signed by him/ her
and by his/her parents/ guardians during the hours notified for the purpose.
2. Once a student is admitted to the College he/she shall be liable to pay the full fees. A penalty will be
levied upon a student who fails to pay the fees and other dues by the prescribed date.

3. For admission to First Year it is necessary to produce in original :


a. Statement of marks.
b. The passing certificate of the last examination passed.
c. Leaving Certificate
d. Eligibility Certificate in the case of students passing an examination other than HSC examination of
the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Pune, or an
examination of any University other than the University of Mumbai,as the case may be.
e. Pre Registration Number issued from University of Mumbai.

For admission to Second and Third Year (Outsider Students) it is necessary to produce in original :
a. Statement of marks.
b. The passing certificate of the last examination passed.
c. Eligibility Certificate in the case of students passing an examination from a University other than
the University of Mumbai. (Refer to Ordinance 111 below)
d. No Objection Certificate from the head of the institution last attended and proof of satisfactory
attendance.
e. Once admitted to this college TC form shall be obtained by the student from the previous
institution and the same shall be submitted to the College by the student and follow up shall be
done by the student.
4. Admissions are provisional until Enrolment Certificate/ Final Eligibility Certificate /
Transfer Certificate is submitted to the College.
5. No admission shall be regarded as duly granted unless it is granted by the authority of thePrincipal
and the necessary fees have been received by the College.
6. All admissions are valid only for one academic year and are required to be renewed by

7. A student once, admitted will be considered as duly enrolled for the academic year,unless

0rdinance 2859: Refund of Tuition, Development and all other fees after cancellation ofadmissions:
The candidates who have taken admission in under graduate courses in Government Colleges, in Government
aided Colleges and Unaided Courses conducted by affiliated colleges and recognized institutions may request
for refund of fees after applying in writing for cancellation of their admissionto the course. The refund of fees
as applicable shall be made within 15 days after the date of cancellation and thereafter.

Procedure for Refund at SIES (Nerul) College of Arts Science and Commerce:
1. Students are required to fill in the cancellation form available in the office and submit the same
along with the original fee receipts, Identity Card and Library Card.
2. If no written intimation regarding cancellation of admissions is received by the Principal till the
beginning of the Second Term, the full fees for the Second Term will be charged.
3. Refund of fees will be through RTGS drawn in favor of the student.
4. Credit of refund amount is to be checked by the students with the Accountant after 15 working
days from the date of submission of the form.

Passing Standard

Assessment and Semester end Examinationand Practical examination (where applicable) together.

UNFAIR MEANS
A student found to have used Unfair Means in the examination will be dealt with as per provisions laid
down under Section 7 of the Maharashtra Act No. XXXI of 1992.The said Act empowers the Chief
Conductor / Senior Supervisors at the Examination to report the offence committed by any student to the
police, if necessary. On receipt of a report regarding use of unfair means by any student at any College /
University examination including breach of any rules laid down by the University authorities for proper
conduct of examination action will be taken as per Ordinance 5050.

RULES FOR THE REVALUATION OF THE ANSWER-BOOK/S

1. The Revaluation Notice is displayed along with the Results of the College.

2. Applying for Photo/Xerox copy of the answer book and applying for Revaluation will be two independent
processes.

3. Applying for the Photo/Xerox copy of the answer book or having Photo/Xerox copy of the answer book
shall not be a pre-requisite for applying for revaluation of the answer book in the said subject.

3. The student can independently apply for revaluation OR Photo/Xerox OR both simultaneously.

4. This revaluation facility shall be for theory papers / Practicals / Internals.

5. A candidate can apply for the revaluation of the answer book of the subject only if he/she has secured at
least 20% of the total marks in that subject or 40% of the marks required for passing in the said subject,
whichever is less or the grade equivalent to the above criteria where grades are assigned to the theory paper.

6. The prescribed application form for revaluation of answer book duly filled in and signed by the applicant
examinee only is to be submitted along with the statement of marks, prescribed fees as above and question
paper/s for which he/she intends to apply for revaluation, within seven (07) working days from the date of
the declaration of the result of the respective examination

Mentor System: The College designates a faculty member as mentor for a group of 30-40 students. The
mentor meets the students once a month, in a group and interacts with themabout their academic and
personal difficulties and helps to sort them out. A student can access his/her mentor any time when there is

DLLE is a statutory department of the University of Mumbai since 1994 to promote a meaningful and
sustained rapport between the University and the community. It offers flexible continuing education

KALASADHNA / CULTURAL COMMITEE


The cultural committee encourages and trains students to take part in various intra and inter collegiate,
intra and inter university cultural programmes and organizes different activities throughout the year.

NATURE CLUB / CONSERVATION CLUB


Trekking, forest sensitization programmes, tree plantation, organizing exhibitions, creating awareness
relating to environment are some of the activities organized by the club.

ENGLISH LITERARY ASSOCIATION (ELA)


The ELA conducts activities that promote the writing / speaking / performing skills of students in the
English Language. Debates, Fan-fiction Writing, Poetry etc are some of the events undertaken.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL CELL


Any student of the college can approach the Grievance Redressal cell for his / her grievance. However
anonymous complaints shall not b entertained.

GENDER SENSITISATION CELL


As per the university requirement the Gender Sensitisation Cell has been constituted. It organizes various
programmes for the welfare of girl students. A Gender Sensitisation Cell has been constituted in the
College as per the University requirements. Various activities are organized by the Cell for the welfare of
the girl students.

COLLEGE GYMKHANA
The College Gymkhana provides facilities for major games like Cricket, Football, Volleyball, Badminton,
Throw ball, Basket Ball, Wushus Facilities are provided within the College premised. Facilities for indoor

games like table tennis carom and chess are also made available to the students. College sends students to
represent college at various intercollegiate and other competitions. The Annual Sports Festival “Sprints” is
organized by the Gymkhana.
The students winning in the Sports Events at University /Inter University / National / International level
are entitled to an award of 10 grace marks at their first appearance at the examinations as laid down under
Ordinance 229 B.

SOUTH INDIAN ASSOCIATION


The South Indian Association (SIA) was formed in the month of February 2018. The organization was the
brain child of students and teachers of SIES (NERUL) College to Promote and Showcase the art, culture and
literature of the four southern states of India. The Objective of SIA was to generate interest amongst students
in the music, festivals and languages of South India,

INTERNAL COMPLAINTS COMMITTEE


The Committee has been instituted since the Academic year 2016-17. It will work for prevention,
prohibition and redressal of sexual harassment of women employees and students.

SIESNAA
SIES (Nerul) College of Arts, Science and Commerce Alumni Trust (commonly known as SIESNAA) was
established in September 2010. It is the Alumni Association duly registered and recognized by the SIES
(NERUL) College of Arts, Science and Commerce. Though it was over adecade since the inception of the
College, there was no formal platform for the alumni to interactand give back to the College from where they
had gained a lot and more. It was then that the idea of SIESNAA was conceptualized with the main objective
to promote / conduct activities and contribute towards the welfare of the alumni, current students and staff of
the college.

SIESNAA organizes various events throughout every academic year in pursuance of the above mentioned
objectives. Some of the Initiatives it generally undertakes are- Colloquium, which acts as an annual
platform for the current students to learn the nuances of the corporate world from illustrious alumni,
alumni meets, graduation day for the newly graduated pass-outs, guest lecture sessions by alumni,
sponsorship for weak students, contribution towards college‟s socio infrastructural needs etc.
