Chief Justice for the United States is hereby appointed an Elect United States

Fiduciary Trustee
with full sovereign Papal, Crown, Judicial, Presidential, Priestly, Military and all other authority to govern, reign,
rule over, manage, oversee, tribute, access, estoppel, bar, print, autograph, sign, reimburse, be reimbursed, mine, mint,
destroy, collect, use, negotiate, contract, treat, lend, bind, set free, and otherwise, all United States instruments, and financial
matters of any, all and every kind, person and specie to the benefit and in the interest of the people, states, nations,
governments, and otherwise in accordance with United States law, the Constitution for the United States 1789
and 1791, the Bankruptcy Law of 1933, the Emergency Banking Law of 1933, House Resolution 192 of 1933, Federal
Laws for Bankruptcy Procedure, U.S. Department of Justice Tax non obligated Public Law AA222141 for all
commerce, Federal Laws for Bankruptcy Procedure, Federal Laws for Civil Procedure, Federal Laws for Criminal
Procedure, Supreme Court rulings and opinions, and all other applicable federal and state laws. It is the above stated
fiduciary's responsibility (and all "like fiduciaries") to take control of (marshal) all assets and offices comprising the estate
and trust, because the stated fiduciary trustees have assumed office at the grantor's or testator's death. Therefore, all assets
are hereby returned to the people who are the United States. The Article III United States Supreme Court determined
prerequisite to immediate access for all accounts is that the stated fiduciaries have provided an authorization affidavit and
produced a death certificate. Additionally, the above stated person and all "like fiduciaries" to whom the office of fiduciary
trustee for the state has been transferred do hereby, for all the purposes of this action, become and have already been deemed
to be the fiduciary trustees for the state. The persons from whom the offices were transferred are hereby deemed to have
resigned all offices. All authorities, duties, responsibilities, and benefits for the Chief Executive Officer, President and
Chief Commander for the UNITED STATES are hereby transferred and accepted, It has been an honour to serve.
