Thisbudgetstillincreasesfees,includinga$107milliontuitionhikeonUniversityofWisconsinstudents andtheirfamilies. Thisbudgetstillweakensourcommunitieswith$77millionincutstofundingforcriticalserviceslike policeandfireprotection. Thesadrealityisthatthisbudgetremainsanunprecedentedassaultonmiddleclassandworking families,childrenandseniors andwearestillleftwithnorealplantohelpallWisconsinitesprosper.
