While listening to others’ presentations, use this form to offer helpful feedback and ideas/resources to the presenter. Share what you
think they did well, as well as ideas to help in areas of opportunity. Please also share ideas that have worked well for you, or
resources that might be helpful (e.g., for restaurants struggling with engagement, encouraging them to take advantage of incentive

respondents as compared to the minimum of 30 requirement.
