Rationale:
An effective servant leader contains positive attributes that society will eventually
adopt. An effective leader considers the growth of the individual as well as the welfare of
the society. As Iskolar ng Biñ an beneficiaries, we always want to give back and give

appreciation for the help of the City Government of Biñ an through conducting an outreach
program to the community. As part of the community, we would like to conduct a feeding
program to children community of Silcas-Tabing Ilog in Brgy. San Francisco. Aside from the
feeding program, the organization will also give the children some school supplies that they
can use when studying. The above-mentioned program will give the Iskolar Ng Biñ an an
opportunity to share to the community and to expose from community social works.

Objectives:
1. To extend the hand of the Michaelean INB to others.
2. To expose the Michaelean INB to the community through an outreach program.
3. To share something to the needy of the community.
4. To conduct a feeding program that will feed at least 50 children.

Expected Impact:
The children community will receive some school supplies that they can use while
studying remotely and will be given some food to eat. This will expose the Michaelean
Iskolar Ng Biñ an in community social works for as they are good examples of effective
servant leaders.

The program will be facilitated by the Iskolar ng Biñ an–SMCL Officers. There will be
some activities that will entertain the children community and some prizes will be given to
those who are actively participating during the activity. A feeding program will happen
after the short activity.
