Dear Homeowner,

Canyon Trails Homeowners' Association has proven to be an exciting and comfortable place to live. All of us enjoy the
appeal and pleasant surroundings that are a significant benefit to our community. In order to maintain these benefits in our
community, we perform regular property inspections.

The purpose of this letter is to notify you that during the most recent inspection, it was noted that the above referenced
condition(s) appear to exist on/at the subject property address which are in violation of the Governing Documents of the
Association, specifically:
Governing Document: /Art IX Section 9.6 Maintenance of Units.No rubbish, brush, weeds, undergrowth, debris of any kind or character
shall ever be placed or permitted to accumulate upon any Unit, or any portion thereof, so as to render it a fire hazard, unsanitary, unsightly
offensive or detrimental to the Common Elements, any other Unit in the Property or to any occupants in the Property. The Owner of each Unit shall
care for, cultivate, prune and maintain in good condition any and all trees, lawns, shrubs and other landscaping

Action Required: Please take the necessary steps to correct the condition(s) within 25 days of this letter.

If you have corrected the condition(s) referenced above, no other response is required at this time and we would like to thank
