Executive Summary

VHRV FURNITURE provides the best and new furniture. The raw materials to
create the furniture are the small bamboo and the abaca rope. Its legal form is
partnership and engaged in a manufacturing. The products that this business going to
deal with is to supply a new class of furniture which will be use in decorations at home,
in office, or any other kind of establishments and will provide the highest level of
satisfaction in all aspects to the customers. The target customers will be the person who
wants to have a unique furniture. This person can be in the corporate towers, small or
medium business, or in a home office.
The products are lampshade, side table, book shelves, magazine rack, chair, and
rug. The owners of the VHRV FURNITURE COMPANY are: Rhona Mae Belgera,
Radleigh Riego, Percival Archer Riego, and Raoul Riego. The start up capital to put up
the business is Php 15,000 coming from the owners.
VHRV FURNITURE aims to be one of the global design innovator or hub for
products using sustainable materials by 2030, with thriving domestic, international
markets, competitive, and motivated labor force.
Form of Business
The business will operate as a partnership because this form of business is
easy and inexpensive to organize, as it is formed by simple contract between two
or more persons and the combined personal credit of the partners offers better
opportunity for obtaining additional capital. We can use our different ideas to
create a new idea and we will help each other to achieve our goals.
The owners has the skill in business. It may be in technical, stitching, art,
communication, and customer relation skills. They have also the experience in
business due to the fact that they owned a business.
Marketing Plan: Price
Discounts will be given to the customers who will buy for a second time and in
large volumes.
Reason for discounts: Early payment of bills and to encourage more to purchase
due to discount offerings

Marketing Plan: Location


Planned location of the business is at Taguig, Metro Manila subdivision
block 2 specifically near at the Southern Elementary School where individuals who
wants unique furnitures is our prospective customers and usually concern about
the decorations at home and also in the office. The method of distribution of the
business is to sell to individuals. This way of distribution is chosen for which the
products are made available to the consumers for use.

To grow the business, VHRV FURNITURE will do the following:


 Establish a company website that contains engaging multimedia content
about our products
 As the business grows, advertise in publications that reach our target
customers

Communicate with the Customer

 Using social media such as Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn

How to Sell
Currently, the only person in charge of sales for VHRV FURNITURE is Radleigh
Riego. As profits increase, VHRV FURNITURE will look to add an employee to assist
with account management/coordination. This individual will also provide social media
and online marketing support. The company will increase awareness to our targeted
customers through online advertising, flyers distribution, and campaigns.
