1.0 INTRODUCTION

The framework of research methods and techniques chosen by a researcher to

conduct a study is referred to as the research design. The design enables
researchers to fine-tune research methods appropriate for the subject matter and
set their studies up for success. Developing a research topic explains the
research type (experimental, survey research, correlational, semi-experimental,
review) and its sub-types (experimental design, research problem, descriptive
case-study).

Impactful research reduces data bias and increases trust in the accuracy of
collected data. In experimental research, a design with the smallest margin of
error is generally regarded as the desired outcome.

In this study, the first topic is Career Planning and Career Management as
Antecedents of Career Development: A Study. There must be people
researching each study in every journal article. For researchers the title of our
first journal article is Nameirakpam Chetana1, Prof. (Dr.) A. K. Das Mohapatra2
The journal article was published from A&V Publications.

In addition, the findings of first article we found that, this paper is quantitative.
Organizations face a variety of challenges in order to retain and compete in the
global market in today's globalised and dynamic environment. Career planning
and career management have been identified as the two main antecedents of
career development by Puah and Ananthram. All statistical calculations were
performed using the SPSS 20 software package. Employee career planning and
organisational career management practises that are integrated result in effective
career development. The current study's goal is to investigate the
interrelationships of the antecedents, namely career planners and career
managers.
In this study, we found their objective of the study is the study has been
undertaken to validate the significant interrelationships that exist between the
antecedents of career development and career development. The second point
is the study has also been undertaken to identify the key variables of individual
career planning and organizational career management that has an association
to career development.

In this study, the second topic is A Study on Women's Career Advancement in

Malaysia. In addition, the second journal article is Lim Yet-Mee. Next, the second
article reviewed from Journal of Human and Social Science Research Vol. 2, No.
1 (2013), 21-34.

Furthermore, the objective of the second article is it is a fact that omen to gain
equal treatment in career advancement because of work-life balance issue,
networking, mentoring support and training. Secondly, there was an argument
that women have not made significant progress because they do not have the
required educational backgrounds, skills, and work experiences. Thirdly, by
examining the barriers that hinder the career advancement of female employees,
it helps us to increase the number of women's involvement in upper-level
management.

In addition, the findings of second article we found that, this paper is qualitative.
The findings imply that middle level female managers are less optimistic about
the availability of career growth chances. The Malaysian government has worked
to facilitate the growth of greater female involvement in the labour force under
the Ninth Malaysia Plan. Women's participation in the paid employment has
contributed significantly to societal transformation during the past century. This
study tries to pinpoint the factors that Malaysian working women consider to be
determinants of women's career progression. Ten manufacturing companies in
Klang Valley locations make up the study's population.
