DIRECT COSTS
Facilitators fee: RM 1300.00/day x 5 days x 4 trainers = RM26000.00
Facilitators airfare& car Expense: RM 2500.00
Facilitators hotel: RM 180.00/day including tax x 5 days x 4 = RM3600.00
Refreshment for meetings: RM 20.00/person x 60 people x 5 days = RM6000.00
Training materials: Notebooks & pens = RM 200.00
Equipment rental: (Projection screen) RM130/day x 5 days = RM 650.00

Direct Cost = RM 38950.00

INDIRECT COSTS

Loss in salaries paid during training


Sales person salary: RM12,000 per year/260 days= RM200.00/day x 60 people x 5
days=RM60000.00
Managers salary: RM1500 per year/260 days = RM300.00/day x 5 person x 5 days =
RM7,500.00

Indirect cost= rm 67500.00

DIRECT BENEFITS

1. Reduction in the number of employees with insufficient knowledge


• Before the training, there is both a big and small lawsuit every 2 years , which
total cost RM 106450.00 through 2 years.
• After the training, we only face one lawsuit, so we save RM75,000 every 4
years, which is RM18,750 per year.

more easily)
