You have achieved most of the targets set and have demonstrated acceptable levels of performance and the potential to achieve
higher standards.
In the backdrop of higher than industry growth in FY21-22, Chola MS is back on its growth path and seeks to grow at least at 1.25X of
industry growth.
Our overall theme for 2022-23 is “Accelerated Growth with Profitability”, that is, to attain growth in our chosen lines and products
without compromising on Underwriting results. Our efforts towards addition of new channels across SBUs is yielding results and we
believe that we are better positioned towards attaining this growth objective. Looking ahead, in what is Chola MS 20th year of
existence, we shall continue our calibrated approach of profitable growth, targeting a GWP of Rs. 6,000 Crs. This can become reality, if
we can operate with a “can-do” sense of optimism and a ”must-do” sense of accountability.
I urge you to exceed your key objectives for the year, demonstrate your ability to contribute towards achieving our company’s goal. I
would also encourage you to focus on building your technical, functional and leadership capabilities to equip yourself.

As a result of your performance and our philosophy of ensuring market linked compensation, we are pleased to revise your salary and
allowances from July 01, 2022 as per the attached Annexure.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Any liability in respect of income tax arising out of this revision shall be to your
account.
Please note that matters relating to remuneration are strictly personal and confidential between you and the Company and should be
treated as such. Further, the Company reserves the right to change, modify or alter the compensation structure and other Terms of
Service, as may be communicated to you from time to time.

In terms of our company policy, relatives of employees namely; spouse, son/s, daughter/s, sons–in-law, daughters-in–law, brother/s,
sister/s, parents & parents-in–laws associated as intermediaries/employees of any intermediaries in any General/Health/Life Insurance
companies (or) corporate agents and brokers in India, are requested to inform the relationship, name and details of the relative and the
respective insurance company before 31st July 2022 and thereafter within 1 month of such association as an intermediary/employee of

Further, you are hereby advised to note that in case of you being involved any misconduct causing loss/damages to the Company, for
the purpose of enquiry/investigation being initiated/conducted by the Company/through nominated agency, you may be required to
provide information and produce documents such as your bank statement & your dependent bank statement, etc you shall submit self-
attested copies of the same and shall cooperate in such enquiry/investigation.
