COURSE INFORMATION
1. Course Number : CBM 112
2. Course Name : OPERATION MANAGEMENT and TQM
3. Course Description : This course provides different frameworks, contemporary developments and strategic
choices of today’s operations management and TQM. It also includes strategic planning for products and services,
forecasting techniques, TQM, production models and systems for developing successful operational strategies, processes
and for innovating.
4. Pre-requisite : BAHR 211
5. Co-requisite : None
6. Credit : 3.0 units
7. Class schedule : 5 hours per week ( 1 Term )
8. Program Educational Objectives (PEO) of BSBA-Human Resource Management:
Three to five years after graduation, the BSBA-Human Resource Management graduates are expected to:
a. a. Exhibit competency in the application of concepts, principles, theories and philosophies in Human
Resource;
b. Demonstrate transferable skills such as teamwork, self-management and problem solving.
c. Become creative, innovative and highly educated HR specialist.
d. Communicate effectively in various contexts.
