Engine Enclosure Pure DC & Edge Connex

I. Preface:
The objective of this request is to meet the target of Customer deliverable for Project Edge
Connex and Pure-DC. in term of schedule, budget and good quality. had Identified and
analyse of Project requirement to placing SSB personnel who taking care on daily basis on
manufacturing process and project progress.

II. Composition of requirement

A. Project Control Engineer

A.1 Responsibilities and Duties.

1. Manage the weekly and monthly progress report protocols / templates for
progress reporting and monitoring progress against it.
2. Ensure procurement, material and submittal logs are created and maintained.
3. Handle cost engineering functions involving budget preparation, cost control,
forecasting and cost reporting.
4. Monitor detailed construction project cost and cash flow reports.
5. Monitor, evaluate and update project cost data on budgeted amounts
6. Handle resource planning, milestone coordination and schedule tasks
7. Develop and update cost and resource loaded construction schedules
8. Establish and maintain harmonious client relationship to support project
delivery and client satisfaction
9. Submit monthly reports to Project Manager and support internal reports
preparation.
10. Determine schedule, estimates and work scope to execute and complete
deliverables within budget
11. Interact with partner Business counterparts and management to plan and
schedule cost presentation.
12. Develop and execute measurement systems to process, analyse and identify
improvements
13. Analyse data, identify issues and recommend suitably.

14. Review and assess any claims for variations or change orders from the main
contractor or client and inform the commercial team of the potential cost
impact.
15. Arrange and manage planning workshops/meetings to discuss and assist
contractors / consultants to close their planning / project control issues.
 A.2 Qualifications and Experience Levels:

• Degree in Mechanical engineering.

• Have a good behaviour and having collaborative manner.
• Experience in project monitoring and controlling Production at least 6 years.
• Able to understands Gant chart and identify critical path schedule.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, MS Project Preferred)
• Proven experience in the Monitoring Project and engineering field.
• Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.

A.3. Terms of Requirements :

1. Required 1 Personal wit Contract 1 year.
2. Will stay at SSB Jakarta Office and periodical partner workshop (1). Subang
(2). Cileungsi
3. Schedule required: W1 September 2022
4. Facility: Laptop

B. Production Engineer

B.1. Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a
safe, efficient manner.

2. Overseeing the Schedule Planning against actual achievement of production

and identify roadblock and risk for Production.

3. Good understanding of customer expectations and deliverables with an

awareness of the impact of failure/cost of poor quality.

4. Ensuring readiness of Materials, Tools, and Manpower to support Production.

5. Understanding of design, Production cost to include down time, scrap and re-
work.
6. Ability to work in a diverse and dynamic environment, Planning and prioritising
activities
7. Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production and
labour, tools & Equipment required.
8. Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations
to solving.
9. Establishing safety procedures, monitoring and implementing.
 10. Keeping abreast of advancements in engineering, Quality and production, and
sharing knowledge with co-workers.
11. Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.
12. Drawing up production schedules, Manpower, Materials & tools mapping for
production.
13. Scheduling meetings with relevant departments and stakeholders.
14. Analysing all facets of production and making recommendations for
improvement.
B.2 Qualifications and Experience Levels:

• Degree in Mechanical engineering.

• Have a good behaviour and having collaborative manner.
• Experience in Fabrication Production at least 6 years.
• Understand and able to operate AutoCAD software.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, MS Project Preferred)
• Proven experience in the engineering field.
• Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Great attention to detail and organizational skills.

B.3 Terms of Requirements :

1. Required 2 Personal wit Contract 1 year.

2. Will stay at site manufacture option: (1). Subang (2). Cileungsi
3. Schedule required: W1 September 2022
4. Benefit: Home stay and Motorcycle Transportation
