INFORMATION

The undersigned City Prosecutor, upon sworn complaint originally filed by the
offended party, accuses Pedro B Montenegro of the crime of Murder, committed as
follows:

That on or about 5:00pm of 24 December 2020 in Iloilo City, within the

jurisdiction of this court, the said accused, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and
treacherously, gunned down Lea B Dela Cruz, affording the latter no means or
chance to defend herself. The victim sustained mortal wounds in her head and
stomach, thereby immediately causing her death.
