             Sri G.Venkateswarlu, PC-1140, E-Coy., of this Bn., who was declared as Deserter
from force w.e.f. 26.03.2022AN vide reference 1st cited, has appeared before the
undersigned on 03.08.2022FN through the RSI (Adj) of the Bn., with an application
requesting to take him to duty from desertion.

              The request of Sri G.Venkateswarlu, PC-1140, E-Coy., is considered and he is

taken to duty from desertion on 03.08.2022FN pending disciplinary action against him.

          Sri B.Srihari, PC-995 of D-Coy., of this Bn., was declared as deserter from force with effect
from 14.12.2021FN vide this Office orders reference 1 st cited.  He had acknowledged the desertion
order on 22.02.2022.  But, he had not reported to duty from desertion till 21.04.2022 even after lapse
of (02) months and completion of disciplinary proceedings.   As such, he was instructed through this
Office memo reference 2nd cited to report for duty immediately and the same was acknowledged by
26.04.2022.  

           Sri B. Srihari, PC 995 of D Coy has appeared before the undersigned on 02.05.2022FN through
the RSI (A) with an application requesting to take him to duty from desertion.    The request of Sri
B.Srihari, PC-995 of D-Coy., is considered and he is taken to duty from desertion on 02.05.2022FN
pending disciplinary action against him.     Sri B.Srihari, PC-995 of D-Coy., has reported for duty from
desertion at “HQ” Coy., 6th TSSP (IR) Bn., Kothagudem on 02.05.2022FN.
