1Pursuant to Regional Memorandum No. 420, s. 2022 titled Submission of List of

All Recognized School Co-Curricular and Extra-Curricular Clubs and

this Office directs all school heads to submit their list of established school
organizations on or before July 29, 2022.

2. The said report will be submitted to the Special Programs and Projects Schools
Governance Operations Division.

1. As regards the attached Unnumbered DepEd Memorandum s. 2022, the

Office of the Assistant Secretary for Youth Affairs and Special Concerns
(OASYASC),
through the YFD, requests the submission of a consolidated list of all recognized
school co-curricular and extracurricular clubs and organizations to serve as
OASYASC-YFD guide for the existing curricular activities and identify the roles and
responsibilities of each assigned unit/division overseeing it.

2. The Schools Division Office (SD0) must fill out the attached Annex A- Division
Consolidated List of Recognized Clubs and Organization Form and email it at
yidmonitoreval@gmail.com following the subject Region_SDO_Consolidated List of
Clubs and Orgs (E.g. R10 Cagayande Oro_Consolidated List of Clubs and Orgs).
Once acknowledged and approved, the same information will be put in by the SDO
via Google sheet link at https://bit.ly/DivisionClubsAnd Orgs on or before August 15.

3. This Ofice directs the immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum

The Youth Formation Division (YFD) aims to deveiop the societal growth of
youth in the country to empower learners and enable them to become highly skilled
individuals globally. ts purpose is to provide youth-serving units and organizations
with responsive, learner-centered, youth-oriented policies, programs, and projects
which shall contribute to the holistic development of learners.

The youth-serving units such as the co-curricular and extra-curricular clubs

and organizations in schools help learners develop their social skills and learn how
to work in a team to achieve shared goals; thus, provide opportunities for learners to
explore different interests, increase self-confidence, and build their leadership skills.

For these reasons, YFD developed policies, programs, projects, and activities
related to extra-curricular activities such as Supreme Pupil Government/Supreme
Student Government (SPG/SSG), Youth for Environment in Schools Organization
YES-O), and Barkada Kontra Droga (BKD), while other DepEd units and/or divisions
handie other exira-curicular and co-curricular clubs and organizations.

in this regard, the Ofmce of the Assistant Secretary for Youth Affairs and
Special Concerns (OASYASC) through YFD would like to respectfuly request for a
consolidated list of all recognized school co-curricular and extra-curricular chubs and
organizations to serve as O8YASC-YFD guide on the existing curricular activities and
identfy the roles and responsibilities of each assigned unit/division in overseeing it.

The Schools Division Omce (SDO) must fll out the Dtvision Consolidated
List of Recognised Clubs and Organisation Form attached in Annex A to be
