1. Identify the main issue in this case.

Ans. The main issue in the case study is that employees are not satisfied with their

salaries and wages. The administration did not compensate them aswell, therefore, the

union had been formed to take some decisions, some policies were made for salaries

adjustments.

2. What should have been the policy of management in regard to wage and salary

administration?

Ans. Everyone in the organization should be treated equally in a fair manner. Because

when the employees of an organization are treated well their productivity increases, in

return the goals are aims of the organization are fulfilled.

3. Does job evaluation help in determination of an equitable and fair wage structure?

Ans. In some cases job evaluation is an important thing, for an equitable and fair wage structure job

evaluation is necessary.
