As directed by the managing director, all In-charge/staff of consumer

outlets are hereby directed to comply the following;

1. Demand register to the maintained for items not available in the

outlet
2. Credit sales made by outlet should be recovered latest by 30 th
August’ 20
3. Monthly sales target, outlet wise, shall be fixed for every month.
4. Sales target for the month of September are follows

a. Supermarket: 3.5 lakhs

b. Chandmari: 2.00 lakhs
c. Reshi : 3.00 lakhs
d. Namchi : 3.00 lakhs
e. Head office: 1.5 lakhs

5. Costomer registers with all details.
