 The amount mentioned in the Annexure is inclusive of DG, Fuel Charges and manpower (as mentioned in Annexure B
including additional staff required to implement COVID-2019 guidelines issued by MHA), the above rates are exclusive
of GST (as applicable).
 Thermal Scanner / Admit Card Bar Code Scanner / Chemicals / face masks and other COVID-19 protective consumables
would be supplied by MELTAL but the Test Centre to ensure availability of adequate manpower for cleaning /
sanitization / scanning as and wherever required.
 Seating / nodes to be arranged as per physical distancing norms i.e. Head to Head distance should be at least 6 feet.
 In case the number of days and/or number of nodes specified above increases or decreases, billing is agreed on a pro
rata basis.
 As per MHA Guidelines, please adhere to the COVID-19 guidelines. Below are the measures to be taken by examination
center irrespective whether any COVID-19 case exist or not in the center’s vicinity.
 Annexure B - Manpower Requirement (From TC):

• Invigilator Ratio – 2 per 30 candidates (at least 2 per lab if the lab capacity is less than 30)
• Male and female security guards with uniform (Ratio – 2 per 100 candidates)
• Support Staff – 2 per 100 candidates
• Peon – 2 per 100 candidates
• Electrician – 1 per centre
• Network Engineer – 1 per centre
• Availability of all the Test Centre staff during IR mock. Also, IR mock to be considered as an exact replica
of main exam.

Important Instructions (For TC):

• Separate frisking area for Male and Female Candidates. Covered frisking area for female candidates.
• Separate washrooms for male and female candidates on the same floor
• Invigilators to roam around within the labs for full duration of exam as all the labs remain under live
CCTV coverage at AIIMS New Delhi Command Centre
• No invigilator or test centre staff should be allowed to carry and use mobile phone in the lab during
invigilation
• MELTAL and TC staff MUST wear respective Role tags
• Multiple notice boards and COVID posters at the entry to avoid crowding at the entry gate and to promote
COVID-19 guidelines
• Proper Navigations / Posters to ensure smooth entry and guidance of the candidates
• Proper food arrangement for AIIMS observers
• Power back up – UPS and DG
• AIIMS stationary (Inkless stamp pads and role tags) to be handled very carefully and returned to the AIIMS
observers after the exam

COVID-19 Norms:

• Seating as per physical distancing norms. Strictly 50% SD and 6 feet apart
• Thermo guns for checking temperature of each candidate
• Masks to be provided to each candidate
• Hand Sanitizer at the entry and at each lab
• Fresh Surgical Mask for exam staff. N-95 mask for security guards
• Sodium Hypochlorite along with backpack for spraying in the venue and sanitization of each
desk/workstation before each shift
• Soap / Hand wash in each washroom. Also, proper cleaning of washrooms to be done
• Barcode scanners at the entry for No-Touch verification of Admit Card
• Additional Notice Board to avoid crowding at specific locations outside the Centre
• Isolation area for candidates feeling unwell or possess COVID-19 symptoms

Test Centre Manpower Management:

• All the staff deployed at the test center should look neat and tidy
• They should be formally dressed up
• They should be either clean shaven or with trimmed beard
• Photographs& Govt. ID of the manpower on the exam day to be carried.
• Manpower should come across as professionals

give the consent to conduct the AIIMS MANGLAGIRI EXAM at our Venue on 27th August 2022. We are also providing the venue 3
days prior to the examination for mock and readiness.

my exam center staff have been / will be conducting exams in a fair and transparent manner and will continue to do so.
 We hereby certify that our Institute is a reputed online examination venue and has been conducting various Central/State
Government examinations successfully since ______.
 We agree to provide required number of systems ( 185) with proper LAN connectivity and desired system configuration for
conduct of online examination.
 We agree that we will not compromise the confidentiality and security of the Examination.

 We will provide Labs with Good Ventilation, Lightings, separate & clean toilets for Male & Female.

 We will provide the space for Frisking Male and female candidates with closed enclosure for females and the waiting
area for all the candidates.
 We will provide UPS, Generator as power backup

 No other exam/activity would be scheduled at the test center/labs assigned for above mentioned exam.

 We will provide adequate and experienced manpower as invigilators with experience in online exam conduction.
 None of our staff member or any of their relative is appearing in this examination

I, on behalf of my exam center staff also confirm that we are not involved in any investigation or police case related to any
incident of exam malpractice / misconduct.

All the staff are healthy and does not have any history of COVID 19 for the past 3 months. None of the test center staff is coming
from Containment Zone. Also, complete hygiene will be ensured during the exam.
