Power Cost Recovery Factor(PCRF) is the difference between the cooperative's estimated energy cost and the actual cost paid for wholesale
power. As a not-for-profit organization, Grayson-Collin Electric Cooperative cannot over or under collect more than its actual cost of energy.

Paying Your Bill

There are 7 ways to pay your bill:
1. Automatic Bank Draft -- Your payment is drafted from your checking, savings or credit card. You still receive a monthly statement and your
payment is always on time. Sign up by logging on to your account at www.grayson-collin.coop.
2. Pay by Web -- Register at www.grayson-collin.coop to view and pay your account by electronic check or credit card at anytime, or
contact Member Services to activate this feature.
3. Pay by MyGCEC app -- refer to front page showing qr code for IOS/Android download.
4. Pay by Phone -- Pay by check or credit card by calling the Automated payment line 844-252-5269 or the Secure payment line 903-712-7300.
5. Pay by Mail -- Mail payment and bottom portion of the bill. Please allow time for payment to be received by the due date. Write your account
number on the check/money order. Please do not mail cash.
6. Pay in Person -- Payment can be made in person at our office at 14568 FM 121 in Van Alstyne or at Grayson Collin Communications at 555 N
Henry Hynds Expressway in Van Alstyne and 217 N Walnut Street in Sherman. Office hours are 8am-5pm Monday-Friday.
7. Night Depository -- The Cooperative has a night drop located at the drive up window located at 14568 FM 121 in Van Alstyne. Please do not
deposit cash, and the payment coupon is necessary for proper credit to your account. Payments will post the next working business day.
