SBM-2013- © © 2 (Updating of Derogatory List) GUIDELINES IN HANDLING OF REQUESTS FOR INCLUSION AND LIFTING OF NAMES FROM THE DEROGATORY LIST/DATABASE In order to expedite and streamline the processing of requests for inclusion and lifting of names from the derogatory list/database (including Hold Departure Orders [HDO], Blacklist Orders [BLO], Watchlist Orders [WLO], Immigration Look-out Bulletin Orders [ILBO], Allow Departure Orders [ADO] and Allow Entry Orders [AEO]) of the Bureau, the following guidelines shall be observed ive 1 Al 2013: , A. Requests filed during office hours 1. Upon receipt of the request for inclusion or lifting of names from the derogatory list, the Central Receiving Unit (CRU) shall immediately route said request to the Office of the Commissioner (OCOM) for processing. No request shall be left pending at the CRU at the close of the working day when it was filed. Likewise, no fees shall be collected for this transaction. w - The OCOM shall immediately prepare and issue the corresponding order for the implementation thereof and appropriately encode in the BI derogatory database by the personnel duly designated for the purpose. All requests for inclusion and lifting shall be acted upon on the same day that it was received. B. Re fil ond office hours 1. Only Orders made by the Department of Justice for inclusion or lifting of names from the derogatory list shall be acted upon beyond office hours and during Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. All other requests shall be received and acted upon during office hours. Updating of Derogatory List P 2. Orders made by the Department of Justice (DOJ) beyond office hours and during Saturdays, Sundays and holidays shall be transmitted to the Bureau of Immigration National Operations Center (BINOC) through fax at (02)523-6615 or (02)523-5081. 3. The designated BINOC personnel shall immediately encode and include the name of the subject in the derogatory database based on the Order of the DOJ. 4. Upon encoding, the designated BINOC personnel shall note the fact of encoding with the date and encoder’s initials on the Order and transmit the same to the OCOM on the first hour of the next succeeding working day. 5. The OCOM shall immediately prepare and issue the correspanding order of implementation and accordingly update the derogatory list entry that was previously entered by the designated BINOC personnel. 31 JUL SLEGFRED B.
