The Don Jose B. Bernal Elementary School plans to hold its 2nd SCHOOL LEARNERS’ SCIENCE INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP
with the theme, “Never Refuse to Reuse”. This activity aims to achieve the following objectives:
1. Encourage learners to engage into productive, meaningful and effective activities that promote awareness,
interest and involvement in recovering and protecting the environment.
2. Develop the skills and values of the learners in creating useful materials from waste recycling and reuse.
We would like then to ask permission from your good office to allow us to conduct our Learners’ Science Interactive
Workshop on February 22-23, 2019.

our elementary learners in the conduct of a two-day Science Camp this coming February 22 and 23, 2019.
Our activity needs security especially on the evening of February 22, 2019 where we conduct the
Search for the Best in Recycled Costume at the covered court of the school.

PTA Resolution
Resolution approving the voluntary participation of learners and collection of fees
regarding the 2nd Learners’ Science Interactive Workshop on February 22 and 23, 2019.
Whereas, the learners need to engage into productive, meaningful and effective
activities that promote awareness, interest and involvement in recovering and protecting the
environment and to develop their skills and values in creating useful materials from waste
recycling and reuse.
Whereas, the said activities needs minimal fees of Php 50 for their registration to be
utilized in purchasing training materials, certificates and hiring of sound system.
Wherefore, all the premises considered, the PTA resolves, as it hereby resolved
approving the voluntary participation of learners and collection of minimal fees of Php.50 for
the success conduct of 2nd Learners’ Science Interactive Workshop.
