Motivation Letter

My career aim is to do fundamental research and work in the field

of finance & accounting, have my own labor carrying out my research
work, and lead a team under my supervision. I have been working
towards this since my childhood.

I have been maintaining my academic curriculum to the highest level till

now. I have been consistently in the top 2 ranks in my class throughout
my schooling; secured District Ranks in the Class X board examination
Class XII board examination. I was also awarded THE BEST outgoing
students awards during my X and XII classes based on my overall
performances during my academic career during my schooling. I have
also participated and secured many prizes in various Olympiads and
other prestigious examinations.

Even after striving hard and getting into one of top 10 institutes in
India, I continued to stay focused and have been consistently
performing well and maintaining good GPAs with a CGPA of 9.3 (Max
10)after 4 semesters.

Apart from academic performances, I have also been really active in co-
curricular activities and sports. I was a member of my school’s
Throw Ball Team and an active participant in debates, oratorical
competitions. I am a part of my college’s official Robotics Club
“Robotics and Machine Intelligence”
(RMI) and have conducted various workshops inside our college and
also in other outside colleges on Robotics. I am also a trained yoga
practitioner. I practice yoga every day. Various campaigns against global
warming have brought a sense awareness within me to help
save mother earth. I have planted many trees and persuaded others to
do so as a part of Project Green Hands.
All these clearly indicate that I have been consistently developing my
overall personality apart from maintaining my academic stature. I am
being consistently motivated by my parents and teachers/professors
throughout my career which helped and is helping me to excel in
all fields till now.

We are currently working for the Texas Instruments Analog Design

Contest. We have got through the Phase I. We are currently working on
a low cost analog dc-dc converter for electricity powered PV paneled
vehicles. This is serving as a stepping stone in realizing my dream and
giving me an exposure of designing electronic circuits and fabricating
them. My guide motivated me in the field of research and advised me
to pursue higher studies and take up a research oriented career. He
wanted me to do my higher studies abroad to get an exposure of
foreign system of education and research methods which is way
different from Indian system. This made me think and helped me to
look into options abroad for working towards my goal.

Gounden, who had taken subjects namely Analog Electronics and Linear
Integrated Circuits developed my interest further and helped me get a
strong base in Microelectronics which is and will come a long way
in achieving my dream goal. He
