Delta Made horizontal/Vertical winding machines used for manufacturing of High voltage & High
capacity Coils used in transformer industry.

We manufacture various capacities of both horizontal and vertical winding machines ranging from 2ton to
25ton Capacity and also we can supply as per customer requirement to meet their expectations.

The speed can be controlled through VFD (Variable Frequency Drive). The Tensioner and coil loading
stands required is an additional accessory that can be supplied as per the end user requirement.

Delta manufacturer and supply of custom made core coil assembly stations suitable for assembling of core
and coil in transformer industry; the range and size of station depends on the size and capacity of
transformer that need to be assembled.

Coil pressing Equipments:

This hydraulic coil press was designed and manufactured for use in coil winding applications by the electrical
power transformer industry. Specifications included 150 ton capacity, four pillar type down stroking, 1800mm per
minute travel speed and 10mm per minute pressing speed. We will build to your supplied specifications.

 Fine adjustment facility in pressing speed.

 Overload protection system.
 Direct measuring of pressing force.

Bobbin Stands:

Delta Automation Systems manufacture and supply of pre tension bobbin stands to avoid tension stands in between winding
machine and bobbin stand.
 Pneumatic disc break tension cum bobbin stand.
 Spring loaded belt tension cum bobbin stand.

We have some slandered bobbin stands, however we will supply custom designed bobbin stands to suite to end user requirement.
