other District policies prohibiting other forms
of unlawful discrimination, inappropriate
behavior and/or hate crimes within this District.

educational context includes, but is not limited
to, sexual advances, requests for sexual favors
and verbal or physical conduct of a sexual
nature when:

ትንኮሳ ወሲባዊ ግስጋሴዎችን ፣ የወሲብ ሞገስ ጥያቄዎችን እና
የፆታዊ ተፈጥሮን የቃል ወይም አካላዊ ባህሪን ያካትታል ፣ ግን
አልተገደበም ፡፡
ለእንዲህ ዓይነቱ ድርጊት መገዛት በግልፅ ወይም በግልፅ የግለሰብ
ሥራ ወይም ትምህርት ቃል ወይም ሁኔታ ወይም የሥራ ወይም
የትምህርት ውሳኔ መሠረት ነው ፤ ወይም
