 Complete briefly each of the statements and honestly write your reflection in relation to this
weeks’ lesson/topic.

I used to think that

Sports play a minor role in our lives when compared to the other factors in our community. But
after reading the anecdotes, it seemed to me that the importance of sports, particularly within our
home in this time of pandemic, is critical for we all need to be always fit, may it be physically,
psychologically, emotionally, and spiritually, to prevent disease or illnesses from lurking inside
us that would outrage unexpected malfunction in the body.

Now I know that

Behavioral fitness during competition or training The FITT principle, volunteering, and its
amazing advantages are very important in the field of sports. As mentioned there, an important
aspect of the proper behavior of elite athletes in both training and competition is rule compliance.
The rules of the sport are set to ensure fairness and safety for all participants and must be always
followed. Many clubs, events and competitions not only establish certain rules of the sport, but
also have codes of conduct written on them that describe how participants, coaches and even
spectators are expected to behave. These codes of conduct are equally important. The rules of the
sport are followed as well. In addition, it is generally agreed that students should be empowered
to build and tailor their workouts to meet the needs of an individual's health-related fitness. Each
component of health-related fitness is important to teach even to very young students. This
method helps in the fight against today's media that emphasizes the need for appearance over
health and well-being. FITT stands for Frequency, which is the frequency with which a person
engages in targeted health-related physical activity. A safe frequency for each component of
health-related fitness is how vigorously a person exercises during periods of intensity physical
activity 3-5 times a week. Strength can be measured in several ways over time, a related health-

related factor. Time is the length of physical activity. As with other aspects of the FITT
principles, time depends on the target health-related fitness component, and ultimately the type,
type, or specificity was chosen to improve the health-related fitness component. Indicates a
specific physical activity. Volunteers can also participate in sports and make new friends. It has
great benefits that help you connect with others, are good for your mind and body, help you in
your career, and bring fun and joy to your life.

However, I am not sure

If the possibility for the youth would be high when it comes to encouraging them to participate
on doing sports activities within their homes.

I hope/plan to

Enable young people to understand how integrating sports is, for them to have the ability to
engage in sports, to create genuine friends and practice camaraderie and sportsmanship, with it
they all will have the capability to build their confidence or self-esteem more solidified than
before.

Overall, I feel, because

I was overwhelmed by the information in this learning module. I believe that we can deliver awareness
and information to as many people as possible. We want you to know that sports are more than just
entertainment. For many reasons, it can survive at some point.
