is expected to become an academic subject in schools. From my perspective, making time
management an academic skill can bring out several benefits for both students and
teachers.

In terms of students, time management skill can improve their academic performance
effectively. The reason is that time management skill will help students plan and control
the amount of time they spend on their tasks, which is crucial in goal-setting and
organization. Additionally, better managing time means better managing stress, as time
management helps students by giving them direction when they have too much work to
do, which does a good job at curtailing their long-term stress in study. Thanks to this,
students can maintain their productivity in studying and can even perform at their peak.

In terms of teachers, teaching time management skill in school can give them a unique
teaching experience in their career path. The reason is simple: Such a skill like time
management requires practical exercises rather than theoretical ones, which means that
they do not have to immerse themselves in preparing course syllabus for hours and
therefore allow them to use their precious time for other tasks. In addition, teaching such
a practical skill grants teachers chances to interact with their students more. By doing
this, both students and teachers can understand each other better, which will strengthen
their relationship later on.  For such mentioned reasons, it is feasible to make time
management an academic subject in the context of schools.
