Zhejiang University.The company is engaged in R&D,

fiber / Flat Sheet Type MBR , and UF membrane
products. The company owns the biggest production
base for reinforced PVDF
membrane manufacturing and the membrane products have been widely used in
industrial wastewater treatment, domestic sewage treatment, wastewater recycling, pure
water treatment, material separation and concentration, electrophoretic paint recycling,
wine filtration, ship wastewater treatment, etc. all over the country. Also exported to India,
Russia, Middle East, Southeast Asia, etc.

Reinforced PVDF Hollow Fiber Membrane
Characteristics

1. High Strength : This membrane is manufactured with special support layer membrane
technology, has very strong strength, the tension is more than 50KGS, it’s described as
‘broken impossible’.
2. Strong Antifouling Capability : Due to its so smooth membrane surface, and electric
charge performance, it has strong antifouling capability.
3.High Flux: Special support layer structure makes membrane have high porosity and flow
rate.
4. Good Cutoff performance: Double dense layer surface make membrane have good
membrane cutoff performance to retain pollutants.
5. High Flow Rate Recovery after Cleaning: Due to double dense layer surface structure, it
make pollutants only retained by outside surface of membrane , and can not reach to
inside, so it’s easy for cleaning, and get good recovery of flow rate.
6. Modular Design: The membrane module designed compactly. Small footprint, easy to
assemble together.
