Mr. Raheel Ahmad has recently joined a FMCG organization as marketing analyst. He is a great
supporter of human resource development. He considered HRD as an organized learning
experience to improve the job performance of his team members. He took certain development
measures including on the job and off the job methods to provide the development opportunity to
the workforce. Some of his HRD measures are as follows:
1. He transferred Mr. Saad (Marketing Assistant) to sales department for 3 months.
2. He nominated Ms. Nadia (Assistant Sales Manager) to attend workshop on “The Power of
Effective Communication” conducted by TCS .
3. He assigned Mr. Hassan ( Marketing officer) to work under Ms. Uzma ( Marketing
Manager)till further orders.
Question:
As an HR student, identify which human resource development method has been opted by Mr.
