Introduction
This paper will explain in a very brief and summarized way the classist,
humanist, structuralist approaches, and the behavior of HR
contributions. But before explaining the different approaches we should
first understand what human resources are, in business administration,
human resources (abbreviated HR) is called all the employees or
collaborators of an organization, economic sector or an entire
economy. It is also often used to refer to the management system or
process that is responsible for selecting, hiring, training, employing,
and retaining the staff that the organization needs to achieve its
objectives.
Summary
The classical approach was the first attempt to study business
management and today remains a central area of knowledge for the
modern manager. Managers were looking for answers to practical,
elementary questions such as how to increase the efficiency and
productivity of a rapidly expanding workforce.
With the advent of the humanistic approach, administrative theory
undergoes a real conceptual revolution: it goes from emphasizing the
task and the organizational structure, to emphasizing the people who
work or participate in organizations. With this humanistic approach, the
deep mechanism, the super-specialization of the worker, the division of
labor and the concern for the method of work, for formal organization
and the principles of administration applicable to organizational
aspects, are downplayed and given priority to man and his social
group. It goes from the technical to the psychological and sociological
aspects.
On the other hand, with the structuralist approach of the administration
was born when, at the end of the fifties, the theory of human relations
was losing momentum. There is an administrative class, since in the
bureaucratic organization there is an administrative class that is
responsible for coordinating the activities of the members. descendant,
from the top to the bottom. The communicative line runs from the top
down, passing through each position.
In the behavior contribution of human resources this has 2 theories that
are the X and the Y, the theory X is about the boss who is someone
whose voice and vote is absolute and must be complied with without
objecting before in, in this theory predominates the order and the
hierarchy; and theory Y is about the boss, in this employees are
encouraged to participate in the different activities to have a more
dynamic and more active work area in order to have a more efficient
worker and eager to perform their tasks, the well-being of the worker is
also promoted, their opinions are taken into account and that when
they manage to do a good job this is enough incentive to want to
continue progressing and each time improve to better perform your
jobs and are provided with the right tools to satisfy you.
