The International Association for Religious Freedom, or IARF, is one of the world's
first-ever international inter-religious organizations to promote and support the work of
everyone in the community for the freedom of religion. It also fosters a commitment to give
an action and respect various traditions that represent the faith of every individual in different
variety of religious groups. It is one of the charitable organizations that work for religious
freedom. It has over ninety affiliated groups from different nations representing various
religious faiths, including Christianity, Islam, and other religious groups. Granted by the
United Nations Economic and Social Fund, ECOSOC granted the consultative organization
status back in 1972.

This organization aimed not just to give and protect religious freedom but also to give
awareness of the duties and responsibilities of Human Rights. They also advocate against
the violation of human rights and train the youth to become advocates for human rights and
peace. Another is that this organization was to maintain a record of all situations to address
every individual's basic needs. The final aim was to unite with all religious groups or gain
dialogue with one another for exchanging and giving everyday actions for the issues they've
encountered.
