School Celebration Proposal: Pikit Montessori Educational Center, Inc
Good morning!
I am writing this letter to your good office to propose and spearhead the school
celebrations for March and April, the Virtual MAPEH Festival with the theme “Fostering
Skills and Talents in the New Normal”. This proposal serves as my gratitude for your
acknowledgment of my potential and efforts as a grade 4 class adviser in your school.
Before I officially end my contract with this institution, I am humbly asking for your
authorization to conduct a meeting on this matter and for us to be able to assign a
committee to better conduct the said event and to finalize the schedule.
Thank you for your consideration and for taking the time to read this letter.
Sincerely,
Dave G. Laga
OVERVIEW:
MONTH OF MARCH
GUIDELINES:
Each grade level will be required to submit an output for their Outcome-Based
Performance Tasks in their MAPEH subject. That will serve as the basis for the pre-
judging before the culminating program of the Virtual MAPEH Festival.
After the systematic deliberation of each class adviser regarding the pre-judging,
they have to provide the list of the participants for their grade level to register them.
GRADES 1 to 3:
- 1 participant for the 3D Artwork Exhibit
- 1 participant for the Slogan Contest
- 1 participant for the Singing Contest
- 1 participant for the Dance Contest
GRADES 4 to 6:
- 3 participants for the Quiz Bee
- 2 participants for the Painting Exhibit
- 1 participant for the Singing Making Contest
- 1 participant for the Dance Contest
Every class adviser is responsible to do one-on-one mentoring with each
participant to help them prepare for the upcoming culminating program via Facebook
live.
If in any case, the registered participant will not be able to attend a particular
activity, the class adviser is obliged to replace the said participant with the 2 nd or the
3rd placer of the same activity in their class. The deadline for the replacement of
participants will only be on the day before the culminating program.
The activities will be executed and judged consecutively depending on the
arrangement of the program.
The entire happenings of the event will be filmed or recorded using a mobile
camera. That will be collected by the video-editing committee for the making of the pre-
recorded virtual celebration. The judging and the Facebook live will happen in different
schedules/dates. The judging day will be held first before the Facebook live to give
enough time (a night or two) for the technical committee to produce a quality video
presentation for Facebook live.
For the final judging, the 3D Artworks and Slogan Making Contest will be judged
by the grades 4 to 6 class advisers while the Painting Exhibit will be judged by grades 1
to 3 class advisers. The Singing Contest, Dance Contest, and Quiz Bee will be judged
by the non-teaching personnel.
