1. What is the objective of IJP policy?


The objective of IJP policy is as follows:

 Source talent internally by allowing increased access to available vacancies across


Anand companies
 Groom & retain in-house talent by providing them the opportunity to move across
the Group both functionally & geographically
 Provide opportunity to employees to take active role in their career progression

2. What all vacancies will be available through IJP?


All job vacancies at Level 2 (Grade M6, M7) and Level 3 (Grade M8, M9) within the Group
will be floated for inviting applications through IJP.

3. What is the eligibility criteria for applying for an opening through IJP?
Candidates within the Company & across Anand Group will be eligible to apply as per the
following criteria:
a) Must have completed minimum 24 months in the current role.
b) Should have a rating of ‘G’ or above during last two performance review cycles.
c) Should have the requisite qualification, skill sets, behavioural competencies and
track record of achievements within the Group.

4. How will opening be shared through IJP?


The job advertisement (Annexure1) will be circulate amongst the employees through e-
mails. (At a later date, the process will be automated and requirements will be posted
online post implementation of HRMS).

5. How can I apply for a vacancy advertised through IJP?

The eligible candidates will send their application as per the prescribed format
(Annexure2) along with the updated resumes to the specified contact (HR responsible for
the vacancy) mentioned in the job advertisement.

6. What is the time frame for applying to a job posting?


The IJP will be active for 2 weeks from the date of posting within which the candidates
will have to apply (closing date will be specified in the job ad).

7. Do I need to take my supervisor’s approval for applying to an IJP?


The aim of such a policy is to nurture the freedom to develop every employee’s career
path. As a result, supervisor’s approval is not necessary for applying.

8. What is the selection process post application?


The shortlisting and selection of the applicants will as per the Company recruitment
guidelines by the respective hiring Company HR.

9. What if the company does not wish to relieve me due to some business
exigency?
Post shortlisting the candidate based on their resumes, hiring Company HR will ask the
respective Company HR Heads of the shortlisted candidates to provide a No-objection
certificate (NOC) from their COO as per the prescribed format (Annexure3). This will
ensure that the company has given consent for the candidate to go to next step of hiring
and will be relieving the candidate in case the candidate is finally selected for the
position.

10. Will company reimburse my travel and accommodation in case I need


to travel for an interview?
TADA for attending interviews will be reimbursed to the candidate by the hiring company
in accordance with the company policy.

11. If I am selected for a position through IJP, what will be the criteria to
determine the change in compensation and designation?
Changes in compensation/designation is not automatic and will be determined based on
job, location etc. by the hiring Company.

12. Can I decline for a position post selection and offer?


Employee has the option to decline the offer if his/her expectations are not met
provided that the reasons stated by the candidate are genuine and valid.

13. How will transfer and joining formalities be take care post acceptance of
the offer by me?
The selected employee is to be released at the within 60 days post confirmation of the
offer, to take up the new position. The transfer of the selected employee will happen as
per the company policy.
