Early Stages

Funding: None

Planning: After series of decision making, plans are drawn to propel project forward.

Training: Tutorial videos are watched if required in order to grasp the concepts of
any technology needed at any juncture of the project.

Design: Through the use of software and other online sites, designs, ranging from
UI/UX designs to graphic designs are made or crafted.

Mid-Project and miscellaneous milestones

Resources: Figma, Notion, Slack, Clickup, Photoshop, Visual Studio Code, Flutter,
React native, React, Firebase.

Environment: Visual Studio Code, Sublime Text, Figma, Photoshop.

Integration: Integration would be made possible through group implementations

during meetings and online integration through required online platforms.

Communication: Communication is facilitated via Slack, Telegram, Notion, Zoom,

and phone calls.

Processes: Project Start, Gathering requirements, completing required designs,

completing coding, testing, implementation, project end.

Final Stages

Deliverables: A well designed and fully functional website, mobile app, and a
dashboard for Aikins Education Consult; uLearner; mobile (IOS and android),
website and dashboard.

Objectives and Goals: (I) Students aspiring to take the SAT should be able to access
well structured and normed SAT study materials for utmost SAT results.

(ii) Students should be able to take diagnostic and actual

online tests using uLearner to measure their progress.

(iii) Staff and management of Aikins Education Consult should

be able to upload and update SAT study materials using the dashbard.
 (iv) The geographic location of the Aikins Education Consult
must be available on the website.

Testing: Programs/codes and the software at large to be tested by both Aikins

Education Consult and ROOBRAM technologies.

Maintenance: Maintenance to be administered by ROOBRAM TECH or any well-

learned developer.
