property owners.They have a database for vacant properties, out-of-state owners, and
individuals who own multiple properties.

They price their service per record, and you’ll pay based on the number of records you’re
looking for.

Pricing
Called their sales department and have confirmed that skip tracing per property costs $0.03
and only one phone number will be provided per property.

Reviews

Checked YouTube for reviews but didn’t find any video about it. Existing videos on YouTube
about DataZapp are coming from their own YouTube Channel. Got some screenshots of the
reviews from Trustpilot,Bigger Pockets and Facebook.

They provide 3 different types of data sets. Each of which has their own unique value.
Any records that don’t get a hit, will waterfall to the next database to improve accuracy.
You can select which databases you want to run your list through, based on the data
points you are looking for. The options are below:

Carrier Data

Carrier Data is completely unique database and we are the exclusive supplier.

The data provides the top 3 numbers associated with the prospect by monitoring activity
levels for the past 12-24 months. It can identify the time of day the number is most active
and then gives you the Daily Optimal Call Window. This was a revolutionary data
advancement that was introduced by us to the market.

It also provides the Number Quality Score, which tells YOU the best numbers to contact first.
We can monitor each number’s usage level, allowing us to assign a grade to every number.

Carrier Data – 9¢ (7¢ for members)

 Optimal Call Window tells you the time of day the number is most active.
 Number Quality Score, the best numbers associated with the prospect.
 3 highest quality phone appends associated with the prospect.
 E-Mail Add-On 3¢
Credit Data

Credit Data gives you a more traditional data set that you have seen from our competitors.
We recently added this database to our process and can deliver it to you at a better price
due to our volume.

It’s a totally different repository from carrier data so that you get the most accurate data.

Credit data – 11¢ (9¢ for members)

 Up to 10 phone/email appends of a prospect and family


 Access to credit level data, the same Tier 1 data provided by everyone else.
 Distress flags like bankruptcy, liens, and deceased.
 Email appends included.

Communications Data

These lists will contain phone and email appends only.

When you don’t get hits on the first database, the second database will run those non-hits
