In order to fully understand the purpose of the audit and to be properly prepared, we kindly
ask you to complete a questionnaire and return in time before the planned audit.

In addition, we would like to inform you that our factory is certified to the following
standards:

 Environmental Management System: ISO 14001
 Food Safety Management System: BRC Global Standard for packaging and
packaging Materials

The factory is also supplying data related to Corporate Social Responsibility via the portal
SEDEX, the Supplier Ethical Data Exchange.

Tetra Pak invest in 3rd party audits in key areas such as food safety, quality and
environment. Tetra Pak supports the statement from GFSI, the Global Food Safety
Initiative: “Once Certified, accepted everywhere”, and strongly believe that by certification
to globally recognized standards we will be able to reduce the number of redundant audits
in the food supply chain.
