Engineering & Diploma in Pharmacy Courses for the Academic Year 2022-23

Ref: Minutes of the Meeting held on 08.07.2022 regarding Admission Schedule
& Conduct of Examinations for the academic year 2022-23.

The Principals of all Government / Private Un-aided Polytechnics / 2 nd -Shift

Polytechnics in the existing Engineering Colleges and D-Pharmacy institutions
working under the control of this Department are hereby informed to follow the
Academic Calendar 2022-23 as prepared and communicated. Further, the Principals
of all the Institutions are instructed to conduct extra class work if any to make good
of the number of lost working days.

2. Further, the Regional Joint Director of Technical Education, A.U.Region and

S.V.U.Region are requested to monitor and ensure that the Academic Calendar
2022-23 is being implemented by the respective Institutions working under their
jurisdiction.

3. The receipt of this Memo shall be acknowledged.

NOTE:
The principal Shall make efforts to conduct extra classes so as to complete the Minimum
1 working days as per Norms-90 days for semester/ 180 days for the year, in case if regular class
work disturbed due to un avoidable circumstances
Green/Clean Campus programmes like Swachh Andhra/Swachh Campus etc,may be organ ized
2 on Saturday's afternoon by involving students and staff members . The National Service Scheme
(NSS) should be imolemented in all colleges from the academic year 2022-23 onwards
The principals should monitor the Class work, Assessment, Industrial Training & Industry
3 Connect, Grievances and Student Fee collection through Software Application Apps This should
be imolemented in all colleges from the academic vear 2022-23 onwards
The principal should ensure for regular conduct of class work by staff members and upload the
details of class work and student attendance regularly through TLEM App/Web portal
4 Deviation/Loss of class work to be recouped and should be implemented in all colleges from the
academic year 2022-23
