Recommendation-
 Nestle are improvising in modernization of their business process, but they can
implement that in faster manner.

 Problems in costing sector, they must take the readings regarding the total production of
the plant which includes production, maintenance, utility, stores, purchase, warehouse
 They have to prepare a financial report based on the data and then present it to top level

and how they can improve it in the system so that the extra wastage expenses can be
reduced.
 Company should direct review occasionally to as indicated by which changes can be
acquainted in the association with stay refreshed on the lookout.

Various industries have been affected by the current COVID-19 viral pandemic because
many laws and restrictions, as well as continual lockdown, are in place to limit the spread of
the virus. Manufacturing is one of the industries that has been hit the worst. Employees are
