Given your educational background and professional experience, the Graduate Education and
Professional Studies (GEPS) of Romblon State University-Main Campus, would like to invite
you to handle HyFlex classes of the course/s for Cluster 1– August 22, 2022-October 18,
2022, and Cluster 2 from October 18 to December 18, 2022, of 1st Semester of the Academic
Year 2022-2023. Should you accept this invitation, kindly submit your google classroom code
to the GEPS staff three days before the classes start so that we can communicate it to your
students

Subject : MASC 224 Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaption

Day/Time : Cluster 1 Sat/Sun– 5:00PM – 8:00PM

As a part-time faculty member of the Graduate Education and Professional Studies, you are to fulfill
the following:
Duties:
1. Meet assigned classes punctually and regularly;
2. Provide students with course syllabus, title of textbooks and references to be used;
3. List course requirements and specify date of submission;
4. Comply with the University's policies and processes;
5. Submit a Faculty Portfolio (CV, TOR, Certificate of Trainings, Researches, Professional License,
etc.)
6. Submit to teaching performance evaluation.

Submit the following on or before the classes’ starts:

1. Syllabus
2. Updated resume
3. Schedule of consultation hours with students for Mid-year Class 2022-2023

Submit the following on the end of the semester:

1. Grading Sheets
2. Schedule and evidences of remedial programs conducted within the term
3. Copies of examinations with table of specifications
4. Assessment tools, e.g. rubric, portfolio, etc.
5. Class record.
6. Class Attendance and Evidences (Screenshots of Classes)
5. Students’ Output (Reports, Task Sheets, etc.)
