Hola.
“Hi” and “Hello” are two very common ways to greet someone. Note that “hi”

is an even more common version than “hello”, it is preferred in informal and
casual situations, while “hello” is usually used in more formal situations.

“What” is a wh-word, and is one of the seven question words in English. We
use it to refer to specific information about things and actions. In the
dialogue, “what” is being used to ask for information about name, phone

number, email address and ID number. To be more specific, we follow the
structure below to ask for information:

We use What’s your + information we need to ask for information and we
use It’s + information (number/email/address/name) to give information.
