exceed the amount of SR 10,000,000 (Saudi Riyals Ten
Million), as this amount states the maximum limit of liability of

Authorized Driver:
Insured or any other person authorized by the Insured Provided that the person driving holds ‫اﻟ ﻤﺆﱠﻣﻦ ﻟﻪ أو أي ﺷﺨﺺ آﺧﺮ ﻣﺼﱠﺮح ﻟﻪ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺒﻞ اﻟ ﻤﺆﱠﻣﻦ ﻟﻪ ﺷﺮﻳﻄﺔ أن ﻳﺤ ﻤﻞ اﻟﺸﺨﺺ اﻟﺴﺎﺋﻖ رﺧﺼﺔ ﺗﺴ ﻤﺢ ﻟﻪ ﺑﻘﯿﺎدة‬
a License to drive such motor vehicle, or has held and is not disqualified from holding such a
license.
Sanction Clause
The Insured member must be holding a valid Saudi Driving License matching with the same
category.
Cancellation: Policy cancellation will based on wasted days as per the following formula: (365 -
wasted days)/365 X the Contribution after deduction of administration fees (Maximum SR
25). The insurance company shall not be required to pay the remaining contribution fees in
case of ongoing claim related to the policy to be canceled and on the very same vehicle that
exceeds the value of the amount to be returned as per the above formula.
The Driver: Anybody driving the vehicle and his age is 18 years (Hijri) and above and holding a
driving license.
Authorization letter is required to drive the company vehicle
Exclusions
Loss of or damage to insured vehicle, or to property belonging to the Insured or the Driver
inside or outside the vehicle and loss of or damage to goods transported by the insured
vehicle or under his care, custody and control.
Death or Bodily Injury to the Insured or Driver
Whilst the insured vehicle is used in any type of racing (including test runs, rallies, speed
trials, trial runs and endurance tests), in determining the takeoff speed or in testing the ability
to drive.
Whilst the insured vehicle is used in areas which public is usually not allowed to enter such as
airports or seaports, except if the vehicle is used for commercial purposes in the areas
allowed.
If the Insured or Driver declares to bear responsibility for the accident undeservedly for the
purpose to cause damage to the company
If the insured act in collusion with third parties on a fabricated accident substantiated in the
accident report issued by the authority that attended the accident.
Drifting
If the insured vehicle being used or operated as a tool of trade
Fines or financial penalties, warranties or guarantees that may be imposed because of the
accident to the Insured or the Driver
Excluding Nuclear Energy Risk Clause
Excluding Information Technology Hazards.
The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage to Contractors" Plant & Equipment"s
not on a public road.

Excluding whilst the vehicle is used as or for Hire and/or reward, Taxi, Rent A Car, Limousine,
Publicly owned and transport buses, Learning & Lease Vehicles.
Excluding Radioactive Contamination Clause

Excluding the collision of the vehicle"s load with the vehicle itself

Any liability or expenses arising directly or indirectly from the following:
a. War, invasion, foreign enemy acts, hostilities or warlike operations (whether war be
declared or not), civil war.
b. Rebellion, military or civil insurrection, insurgence, revolution, military or usurped power,
martial laws or state of siege, or any incident or cause that leads to declaration or
continuation of martial laws, state of siege, acts of vandalism and terrorist acts committed by
a person(s) acting on their own behalf or on behalf of or in connection with any terrorist
organization. For the purpose of this exclusion, terrorism shall mean the use of violence for
political, intellectual, philosophical, racist, ethnic, social or religious purposes. And using
violence includes terrifying all or part of the public, or influencing, and/or resulting in strike,
and/or interfering in any operation and/or government related activity or policy, or resulting in
a strike that negatively affects the national economy or any of its sectors.
c. Strike, riot, civil commotion, workers upheaval.
d. Any liability or expenses directly or indirectly incurred, caused, resulting, or contributed to
by nuclear weapons, ionic radiations, irradiating pollution from any nuclear fuel or waste
resulting from the combustion of nuclear fuel. For the purpose of this exclusion, combustion
shall include any nuclear fission.
e. Any natural disaster such as hurricanes, earthquakes, floods or volcanoes

‫ )ﺳﻮاء أﻋﻠﻨﺖ اﻟﺤﺮب أم ﻟﻢ‬. ‫أ( اﻟﺤﺮب أو اﻟﻐﺰو أو أﻋ ﻤﺎل اﻟﻌﺪوان اﻷﺟﻨﺒﻲ أو اﻷﻋ ﻤﺎل اﻟﻌﺪواﻧﯿﺔ أو اﻷﻋ ﻤﺎل ﺷﺒﻪ اﻟﺤﺮﺑﯿﺔ‬

‫ وﻳﻘﺼﺪ‬.‫واﻷرھﺎب اﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﺮﺗﻜﺒﮫﺎ ﺷﺨﺺ أو أﺷﺨﺎص ﻳﻌ ﻤﻠﻮن ﺑﺼﻔﺔ ﻣﻨﻔﺮدة أو ﻧﯿﺎﺑﺔ ﻋﻦ أو ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻﻠﺔ ﺑﺄي ﻣﻨﻈ ﻤﺔ إرھﺎﺑﯿﺔ‬
‫ وﻳﺸ ﻤﻞ‬.‫ﺑﺎﻷرھﺎب اﺳﺘﺨﺪام اﻟﻌﻨﻒ ﻷﻏﺮاض ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯿﺔ أو ﻓﻜﺮﻳﺔ أو ﻓﻠﺴﻔﯿﺔ أو ﻋﻨﺼﺮﻳﺔ أو ﻋﺮﻗﯿﺔ أو اﺟﺘ ﻤﺎﻋﯿﺔ أو دﻳﻨﯿﺔ‬
‫أو‬/‫ و‬،‫أو اﻟﺘﺴﺒﺐ ﻓﻲ اﺿﻄﺮاب‬/‫ و‬،‫ أو اﻟﺘﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻋﻠﻰ‬،‫أو ﺷﺮﻳﺤﺔ ﻣﻨﮫﻢ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﺧﻮف‬/‫اﺳﺘﺨﺪام اﻟﻌﻨﻒ وﺿﻊ اﻟﻌﺎﻣﺔ و‬
‫ أو اﻟﺘﺴﺒﺐ ﻓﻲ اﺿﻄﺮاب ﻳﺆﺛﺮ ﺳﻠﺒﺎ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻹﻗﺘﺼﺎد‬،‫أو أﻧﺸﻄﺔ أو ﺳﯿﺎﺳﺎت ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﺤﻜﻮﻣﺔ‬/‫اﻟﺘﺪﺧﻞ ﻓﻲ أي ﻋ ﻤﻠﯿﺎت و‬
‫أي ﻣﻦ ﻗﻄﺎﻋﺎﺗﻪ‬. ‫اﻟﻮطﻨﻲ أو‬
‫ ت( اﻹﺿﺮاب أو اﻟﺸﻐﺐ أو اﻹﺿﻄﺮاﺑﺎت اﻟ ﻤﺪﻧﯿﺔ أو اﻟﻌ ﻤﺎﻟﯿﺔ‬.
‫ث( ﻣﺎ ﻳﻨﺘﺞ ﺑﺴﺒﺐ أو ﻳﻨﺸﺄ ﻋﻦ أو ﺗﻜﻮن ﺳﺎھ ﻤﺖ ﻓﯿﻪ اﻷﺳﻠﺤﺔ اﻟﻨﻮوﻳﺔ أو اﻹﺷﻌﺎﻋﺎت اﻵﻳﻮﻧﯿﺔ أو اﻟﺘﻠﻮث ﺑﺎﻹﺷﻌﺎع ﻣﻦ‬
‫وﻷﻏﺮاض ھﺬا اﻹﺳﺘﺜﻨﺎء ﻓﺈن اﻻﺣﺘﺮاق ﻳﺸ ﻤﻞ أي ﻋ ﻤﻠﯿﺔ‬. ،‫أي وﻗﻮد أو أﻳﺔ ﻧﻔﺎﻳﺎت ﻧﻮوﻳﺔ ﻧﺎﺗﺠﺔ ﻋﻦ اﺣﺘﺮاق وﻗﻮد ﻧﻮوي‬
