Supervise the timely and accurate implementation of all recruitment activities


Job purpose: that include sourcing applicant CVs, testing, selection, contracting of required
profiles.

tests for candidates as well as testing the tests

to the test.
 Manage Conducting exit interviews to identify
reasons for employees' termination and
resignation and develop the turn over analysis
is a must.
 Responsible for revising and developing of the
orientation plan as well as its implementation.
 Manage the implementation process of the
career development plan.
 Able to develop and recommend the operating
polices and procedural improvements.
 Oversea the recruitment team for the daily
required target for hiring.
Revise and delivering Project reports to the
top management.
 Responsible for managing and implementing of
the orientation plan Follow up the

 Maintain the CRM application.
 Maintain Recruitment KPIs.

Specifications (Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills & Experience):


 University degree with at least 6-8 years of working experience in Human Resources
management.
 Excellent Communication Skills
 Excellent interpersonal skills
 Language Skills: fluent Arabic (oral/written) and Fluent English (oral/written)
 IT skills: Excellent MS Office & Internet
