The VEC400/402HC offers users a high

performance colour camera, packed
with a host of features not usually found
on this style of camera. Ideal for all
general purpose internal and external
applications, the cameras will integrate
fully with all CCTV systems.

The consistently high quality images

captured by the cameras are
complimented by the simple to navigate
on-screen display, not only making
installation quick and simple but also
reducing service times. Features include
four privacy zones which can be used
to blank sections of the image such
as ATM card machines. The Dynamic
Noise Reduction (DNR) provides cleaner
images under low or difficult lighting
conditions and also improves recording
time on modern DVRs. Video Motion
Detection (VMD) alerts operators to
activity within predefined areas.

Dynamic Noise Reduction

DNR automatically cleans the video signal to provide a better picture, especially

useful under difficult lighting conditions. This cleaner image also saves hard disk

space on modern DVRs

Frame integration via sens-up feature

This allows the camera to be far more sensitive in low light conditions by

effectively comparing consecutive images, user-configurable from x2-x128

On-Screen Display
The OSD provides a simple easy to navigate set-up facility for all the camera’s

features

Video Motion Detection

Four user-configurable areas will provide on-screen notification of motion in any of

the predefined areas
