I. Narrative Introduction About Project An

Project ALL NUMERATES is a program of the Department of Education which aims to make every

Filipino a numerate. DepEd Region III, with the collaborative efforts of different primary and secondary

schools are implementing all numerates project in their respective schools by using different strategic

intervention materials.

The Project All Numerates 2021-2022 Post-Test was administered last April 11-12, 2022 to 631 pupils

in which our school, Sta. Ursula Elementary School, used the Asynchronous method of administration in both

Face to Face and Modular mode of learning. Teachers monitored pupils in the face to face classes by

explaining the instruction of the test and having the oral reading of numbers individually. The learners who

took the test at home were monitored by sending their pictures and videos to the teachers while answering the

PAN test paper.

Support for non-numerate students is essential in ensuring that all teachers see themselves as making a

contribution to children numeracy. Parents likewise need to be involved. All these areas call for a whole-

school commitment and cannot be left to a few teachers.
