Sea Test Inventory
Sea Test Inventory
Last Updated October 2008 Instructions for requesting test materials: Use the Index on the next two pages to browse for a particular test name. To see a list of the exact items available in the inventory, go to the page number specified for that particular test. Create a new email message with the subject line: "Request for Psych Tests/Kits". Address the message to clinicaltestingmaterial@yahoo.com Include your first and last name, student ID number, and the email and phone number of where you can be reached Include the name of the class and instructor for whom you will be using the test. If it is an independent study, practicum, or internship, please include the name of your advisor or instructor. Type or copy and paste the item(s) you are requesting into the email message exactly as written on the list. For example, if the list says "Answer Sheet, request an "answer sheet", not a "protocol" or an "answer form" or a "sheet for answers". Be sure to include the full name of the test - not the acronym, and specify how many of each item you are requesting. Items preceded by a dollar sign ( $ ) are consumables that you must purchase, and you will be charged a small fee for each consumable you request. Items are sold on a cost recovery basis, and prices are subject to change at any time. Items preceded by an asterisk ( * ) are available in the library. These items (test manuals and answer key templates) are for in-library use only. Contact ausill@argosy.edu if you have questions about these items. You will be notified via email when your testing materials are ready to be picked up. Please be prepared to pay for your consumables when you pick them up. If you would prefer to know the total price before you arrive, please let us know in your initial request and we will include that information when we notify you that your items are ready. Payments can be made via cash or check. Most non-consumable items can be checked out for one week, though some (such as manuals) may be restricted to library use only. Testing materials can be renewed only once.
Thanks to Argosy University / Chicago for providing us with the inspiration for this list, and to Argosy University / Seattle PsyD student Jared Hellings for his help and assistance with this project.
