normal warranty.
Cause and action
If there are some repeated “hydraulic oil leakage” reported from respective dealers/customers and it is considered as quality
issue that factory should be involved in, this Service Bulletin is describing what should be done in field when collecting data.
By doing this, we will get correct field information when it comes to hydraulic hose oil leakage and secure return goods quality
so that product maintenance group starts investigation as quickly as possible and we have a better inspection result with
returned goods.
This case handling procedure should be performed and reported with “check sheet” to your associated technical support
department through Techline when a specific hydraulic oil hose failure found at least 3 times at the same leaking point and you
are willing to elevate the issue for quality inspection purpose.
NOTE!
Hydraulic hose means a hose assembly consists of fitting, swaging part and rubber hose section.

Has concerned hose ever been either removed or loosened its connection due to other service issue? Yes No
Has the leaking area been cleaned thoroughly, dried and investigated again for oil leakage? Yes No
If there is traces of oil leakage at hose connection area but you are not quite sure where the exact Yes No
leaking point is, have you checked O-ring condition as well as any loosen connector?
Also have you retighten the connections again? Yes No
Have you mark the exact leaking position on the damaged hose after repair? Yes No
What is the most frequent mode of engine RPM?
Has the photo been taken in distance to identify the leaking point as well as background where the Yes No
leaking hose is located on?
Has the photo been taken in close to identify the exact leaking point cearly? Yes No
Have you reported it via Techline call/ PPR/ e-mail to your associated technical support department? Yes No

Is there any noticeable bubbling, hair crack, pin-hole or others on the hose material itself?
If so, how it looks like?
Have you measured the distance from one of hose ends to failed point? Yes No
If yes, mark on the Fig. 1.
Is there any fixture, zip-tie or clamp which appears physical contact with the hose directly and may cause a damage?
If so, please take a photo together and report it to your associated technical support Dept.
Have you checked exact leaking point? If so, please mark on the Fig. 2.
Has any O-ring, fitting, nipple or other sealing components been replaced by new one and give the Yes No
proper toque on its connection again before replacing the hose?
