My product is colgate tooth powder

(a) Find the cause of its failure.

Cause of failure : Tooth powder is thought to have originated many thousands

of year ago Ancient pepople may have used ingredients such as myrrth,burnt
eggshells,crushed animal bone ash ,and oyster shells to create powders able to
remove mounth odor, plus clean and polish teeth. The faliure colgate tooth
power does not typically contain a cavity –fighting ingredient, such as fluoried,

no powders have been awarded the ADA seal of acceptance may be too
abrasive for teeth. tooth powders sloopy or diffcult to use,may leave an
aftertaste in the mouth .tooth powders may come from manufacturers that
aren’t trans parent in their practices in their praactices or who don’t accurately
list ingredients.

(b) Generate an idea to make innovation in the product.

Tooth powders can also be purchased in some specialty shops and online .some
manufactured tooth powers contain cavity fighting fluoride, but others do not.

Typical ingredients include cleansers and abrasies designed to polish teeth

and remove surface stains .some ingredient you can expect to find in
commercially manufactured tooth powder include.

 Activated charcole
 Bentonite clay
  Mint
 Neem
tooth powder indicates that power is more effective at removing stains
and plaque than toothpaste,can be easily made home ,providing control
over ingredient

Innovation in the product:

1. We can make a innovatie idea and technique to market the product in

the market.
2. We must redesign the packing of the product.
3. We can focus on the part of benefits to teeth.
