In lieu with VPO Farms concern regarding our last batch of delivered of PS Hypor libra gilts that a
respiratory disturbance was observed with 2 heads mortality due to respiratory problem , below is our
adjusted vaccination and medication program as follows ( Program A) :

Since we have an inventory of APP Bacterin Ingelvac H of 1400 doses expiring July 2021 and Hyogen
( mycoplasma vaccine ) of 450 doses expiring August 2021 , I’m recommending that the latter 2 vaccines
to be consumed first using this Program ( Program B) please see below :

We will give 3 bacterin shots of Ingelvac H instead of an old program of 2 shots to VPO Gilts only to
make sure of APP Bacterin effectiveness using multi exposure vaccination program.

In our Day 92-94 age we can use Mycoflex + Circoflex Combo in Program A ( regular program) or the
combined Bivalent vaccine Myco + PCV 2 which is available to other suppliers like MSD and Zoetis. This,
if the Hyogen vaccine is already consumed.
