1. Request for favorable endorsement for the processing and approval of Special Use
Agreement in Protected Area (SAPA) application for the development construction and
operation or the proposed 14MW Nabas Wind Power Project Phase 2 of Petrowind
Energy, Inc.- referred to the Committee on Environmental Protection the Committee on
Public Works, Housing, Land Use and Urban Relocation, the Committee on Energy,
Public Utilities, Transportation and Communication which conducted a committee
hearing on February 4, 2019 and recommended to PASS A RESOLUTION ENTITLED:
A RESOLUTION FAVORABLY ENDORSING THE APPLICATIONS OF THE
PETROWIND ENERGY, INC. FOR APPROVAL OF THE SPECIAL USE AGREEMENT
IN ENERGY, INC. FOR APPROVAL OF THE SPECIAL USE AGREEMENT IN
PROTECTION AREAS (SAPA) BY THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND
NATURAL RESOURCES BIODIVERSITY MANAGEMENT BUREAU (DENR-BMB),
CONFIRMATION OF COMMERCIALITY BY THE DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY (DOE),
ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE BY THE DENR-ENVIRONMENTAL

MANDATED BY LAQ, ALL APPLICATIONS ARE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT,
CONSTRUCTION AND OPERATION OD THE PROPOSED 14 MW NABAS AND
MALAY, AKLAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH DENR ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO.
2007- 17 SECTION 7, 8 AND 9, AND SECTION 13 OF REPUBLIC ACT 11028
OTHERWISE KNOWN AS EXPANDED NATIONAL INTEGRATED PROTECTED

Regional Iloilo City Thru Mrs. Jessilyn I. Andrade, Principal III, Principal In-Charge of the
District, District of Banga and Dr. Ernesto F. Servillon Jr. MNSA, Assistant School
Division Superintendent, Officer In-Charge Office Of The Schools Division

6.1.1- Personnel has rendered at least a total or an aggregate of four (4) months of
services from January 1 to October 31, of the current year.
6.1.2- Personnel remains to be in government service as of October 31 of the same
year.
6.1.3- Those who have rendered a total an aggregate of less than four (4) months of
service from January 1 to October 31 of the same year shall be entitled solely to a pro-
