3. Course Description : The course provides a comprehensive framework of human resource
management consisting of the different functions of personnel. It offers balance of practical applied materials
reflecting the latest information, impact of global competition and rapid technological advances

6. Credit : 3.0 units
7. Class schedule : 6 hours per week (1 term)
8. Program Educational Objectives (PEO) of BSBA Human Resource Management:
Three to five years after, the BSBA Human Resource Management graduates are expected to:
a. Exhibit competency in the application of concepts, principles, theories and philosophies in Human Resource;
b. Demonstrate transferable skills such as teamwork, self-management and problem solving.
c. Become creative, innovative and highly educated HR specialist.
d. Communicate effectively in various contexts.
