Important Instructions for Students
1. Proctored descriptive online examination will be considered for Mid Semester Examination (MSE).
2. Students fulfilling the prerequisites (refer below Sr. No. 3) may appear Proctored descriptive online examination from home, otherwise students should appear from the institute and
such students should contact exam cell on or before 10.10.2021 till 4.00 pm.
3. Prerequisites to appear examination from home–
a. Smartphone/Laptop/PC with camera
b. Webex App
c. App to scan answer sheets and create PDF file (Size-10 MB) to upload.
d. Uninterrupted Power Supply / Sufficient charging of devices
e. Sufficient internet bandwidth for video streaming (eg. Minimum 1Mbps)
f. Sufficient number of blank/ruled papers.
g. Log tables, smith charts, and steam tables etc as per the requirements of the course.
4. The nature of MSE is Proctored Online and descriptive (subjective) type based on 50% syllabus. Students should verify the syllabus covered in consultation with individual course facutly.
5. The duration of MSE shall be 70 minutes for solving question paper. After this students shall scan the same sheets and prepare a PDF file (Size 10 MB). This PDF file will be uploaded on
MOODLE at provided link. The time allocated for this activity (scanning & uploading) of answer sheets of appeared course is not more than 30 minutes, excluding time alloted for paper
writing after which link will be disabled. In case of any difficulty assessing moodle server while uploading scanned .pdf. File, students should take the permission of Jr. invigilator and E-Mail
the file only to onexam@kitcoek.in within stipulated time and will not accepted by any other means.
6. Students should login to MOODLE platform at least 30 minute prior to start of examination for every course.
7. If there is any change in the conduct of the examination, it will be communicated well in advance through college website / Department Whatsapp Group / email. However, the college is not
responsible for any loss/inconvenience caused to the candidate.

12. If there are any problems from College side, then same concerned paper will be rescheduled and intimated through college website/ Department Whatsapp Group / email.
13. Students are informed to preserve the hard copies of answer sheets for submissions to their concerned departments after notifiation by the examination Cell.
14. Revaluation, Rechecking and paper showing will not be done for the concerned exam.
